I took a trip down memory lane by looking up the houses I lived in in San Francisco on Google Map.

The house where I lived with two roommates didn't use to be yellow and the landscaping wasn't as nice as it is on this picture. I'm glad someone is taking good care of the place. (I could hear the ocean from my bedroom window.)

It now shows more than the dozen-or-so points it used to show in map search results. The locations with a letter are the ones who's info is showing on the left column.

Where I works

I almost forgot about this school, since I only spent about four and a half months there. I should have remembered it for one of the coldest winters and one of the scariest stories ever told by a second grader.

Not sure how long this has been there, but Google Maps' diminished panel toggle is a nice alternative to the usual "thin-toggle-bar-down-the-entire-length-of-the-panel" UI convention.
