Cookie dough rolled. Two pinches for knuckles. Back of knife to indent for knuckles--go deep on the indent to have them show when baked. Almonds pressed in and then back to look like they're under the skin. One challenge we ran into with the Gluten-free mix was spreading. The bigger we tried to make the cookies (like they appear in Martha Stewart's photo www.marthastewart.com/photogallery/halloween-cookies-reci... the fatter & wider the cookies became. The first batch ended up looking like dinosaur toes, not fingers.
