Peppe's Pasta - Gluten Free Gnocchi with their Gluten Free Mediterranean Vegetable Sauce with added crab claw meat. The gnocchi was plain and the pasta sauce was too, we felt that if the pasta was plain they really should sell it with a sauce that would compliment it being that bland. Maybe there's no saving it when it's not that good?

Gluten-free salads might not seem like much of a feat, but Kay found this one to be outstanding and delightful. Kudos to Wildfire for surpassing our gluten-free expectations.

From the Everyday Food cookbook: this one was a little weird, but still tasty. Am trying to get my parents to try new things and expand their gluten-free repertoire, so I made this for a weekend family dinner. The mix of flavors was really interesting!

Simple Gluten Free Apricot, Coconut & Sultana Cookies (dairy free option)

Pancake day! We made some gluten free pancakes this evening using this mix from America. Sadly it wasn't the greatest - I think next time we'll try adding sugar to the mix if using for a sweet pancake. Good consistency though, and Chris cooked them excellently.

Boma is a buffet and they give you a hand out about allergens. I asked the waiter for some GF zebra domes for dessert. He embellished it a little! So good!
