The Library@Orchard, located at Orchard Central's level 3 and 4, boosts of fascinating curvy book shelves and racks upon racks of multimedia materials.

It's a far cry from the typical sterotype of boring libraries. The serenity of the library proves to be a calm spot amidst the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road. This might be the reason why this young girl chose to idle her time in this quiet spot, attentively glued to whatever is playing on the screen infront of her.

I particularly love how the shelf's lines create a leading line to the girl.

Still at home! I'm still sticking shoes for my dolls! :-) I found a great guide to glued shoes on youtube! So I stick my shoes! :-D

Happy Wednesday my dear flickr friends! ♥♥

Oh! I almost forgot to insert a link to the shoes:

Double the Louis, double the charm!! The one on the left is my Conradin; the one on the right is named Cain and belongs to Leona344 and is visiting me for a faceup. She wanted a look similar to how I did Conradin's faceup so now they look like brothers (or maybe like a living boy and his ghost?) and it's SO CUTE I'm dying *___*

...I want a second Louis so badly now! Maybe Conradin really ought to have a brother heh... though also I kind of want to try doing a dramatically different faceup on a Louis too, maybe something with sad/worried eyebrows instead :o

Control Room. The now derelict Royal Navy torpedo testing facility on Loch Long was decommissioned in 1980. Most active during WWII, 14,000 torpedoes were fired from underneath this building or from a modified vessel in the loch.

Can you say wholecar

a beautiful panoramic view of the glues near Orvieto...

I've always loved this kind of buildings, so I couldn't help but getting this one!

(The top of the roof has been reconstructed... with the correct Light Grey parts too, I imagine the rest of the roof looks different because it was exposed to the light for some time!)

Hope Over Fear Rally, Glasgow

So there I was having a nice quiet drink when someone comes along and offers me some gorilla glue. Being the astute artist type I am I say yes thinking it's a brand of masking tape. Little did I know it was actually intergalactic grade hyper skunk and feeling beholden to the man I took a few leisurely drags on the zoot. To my dismay the worst possible thing that could happen, did happen. I did my best impression of a ghost and pulled a whitey! Needless to say I didn't get to finish my drink as I stumbled off home whispering sweet nothing to myself. Eventually though I found myself at my front door feeling pretty good but the question was 'Do i go back to the pub or do I just go inside to bed?'. Well I answered that by sitting myself down and drawing how I just felt. And I think you can guess what this picture is about...

P.s. I've just found out that there actually is a brand of masking tape called 'Gorilla Glue', when will i learn!

Cheers

Wax Crayons, Glue gun

I used steel wool to scrub out the last of the glue from inside the head, and totally forgot this brand has bright blue soap in it...
