I was taking some Family Photos when our Cat Gizmo walked onto the Backdrop and struck a pose while I was getting my Camera set up.

I'm always amazed at the antics of this little fellow.

Sometimes when he meows it almost sounds like he's talking.

He's such a character there's never a dull moment.

Hard day at the office

Lazz’s adorable new dog, Gizmo. So soft, it could almost be a cat.

The other day I posted a photo of my old Gizmo doll in my helmet, side by side with the shot from the film. As you can see, the new puppet from @trick_or_treat_studios blows the old one away. It's so cute. While I love #RickBaker, I always hated his Gizmo from Gremlins 2. He made him too realistic and took all the cute out of Chris Walas' original design. He's actually kind of ugly in Part 2. Lighting comprises of a single Lencarta Safari 2 with a lencarta gridded softbox positioned off to the left at about 1/2. Canon 5DMkIII with 85mm 1.2L. Settings were something like F8 ISO 100 1/160th.

Shot against a white backdrop and processed in lightroom.
