These are a few of my closest girlfriends on a trip we were able to take back in the fall. I am submitting it for the "I Heart Faces" photo challenge titled "girlfriends". When I heard about the contest, I thought about several things I could do, but I just kept coming back to this picture. We love to have fun!!!:)
*The middle "girlfriend" is Pam and she is expecting her first baby any day...we're so excited!!!:)

The children of Madagascar were so much fun to photograph - its not usually my thing but the kids had so much joy - - they would run over ask for their photos to be taken - provided you would show them the picture you took. They would laugh and tease each other - - it felt like many had never seen themselves before - - their huts would rarely have a mirror.

Colorado Springs, CO - I didn't realize that older women gossip and tell dirty jokes as much as they did until I spent the day at a retirement community.
A Godox AD200 Pro flash was mounted on a monopod to the left of the camera at full power about 3 meters away.
At The Club in Martinsburg, WV back in January 2015! ...And I'm sad to say The Club is no more so we're never going to have further adventures there. :(
We drove up to Martinsburg, WV to a MeetUp event there hosted by our friend Samantha! We had a great time! ...And of course there had to be pictures!

...Having some fun together!
Back in November I got myself dressed in the car again for another rare weekday evening out! This time it was a special occasion- to (belatedly) celebrate Kimberly's birthday! ...And of course there had to be pictures! I got together with Roberta, Kimberly & Cindy for a few just to remember the event!
My ensemble for the evening consists of a recently arrived lycra blend gray knit minidress with a gold floral embroidered appliqué from greatglam.com, layered over my black & gold lurex lycra spandex leggings from fredericks.com and my leather look flat soled knee boots from chadwicks.com.

NOTES
Now, in this shot, the sun was almost down, hence the long exposure time. Sure, I could have changed the ISO, but I was too lazy, to admust the flash(es) again. >:-)
I shot in raw and jpeg, but processed the jpeg, because it looked nice.
