These cards I created for my girlfriends that joined me for a breast cancer fundraising walk. The gems on the card on the right are ones that we used to decorate our bras that you wear on the outside of your clothing to go with your theme. I bought the background paper at Joann's I think it was. The flowers are Martha Stewart. The stem on the left card is a bit older HA stamp Fanciful Leaf Filament (F3246) which I really like and just recently got. The sentiments are all from HA set Thanks a Bunch (CL663).

When I was four years old, I guess I had my first girlfriend. As I recall, it wasn't love, but maybe lust. Her name was Barbie, possibly a factor in creating the infatuation that I later had with my sister's Mattel Barbie doll. The relationship was broken up by our parents when we were discovered playing "doctor" in the big doghouse that was home to the Collie dogs that Barbie's family raised.

Mine is a photo collage that I chose to do as my one photo entry, not trying to cheat just trying to be a little creative! When I think of my girlfriends they are scattered from Ohio to North Carolina, Chicago to Ann Arbor, and England to Philly. I love them and I miss the ones that I don't get to see very often. These are my girlfriends, my favorite women, moms, wives, and daughters, and how I wanted to represent them!
