Shall we go for a stroll? :o) Same jacket patttern as next photo...but very different look with the gingham fabric. I didn't have a fancy watch piece (like Roz's girls have!) so I just crocheted a simple one.....it has a heart on the end of it. She is waiting for her loved one to come home....the heart tells her how long until he arrives. :o)
jacket & pants: made by me using DCR patterns.
boots: made by me with my own pattern.
A mellow moment in a fabulous Gingham dress..

my new love is sewing. this is my third shirt. i hope to upload all my projects to flickr, which is also pretty new for me. having a way to document all my creations is brilliant, but its taken a bit to get over my dread of taking photos of myself. Its worth it though!
Inspired by Callye's Ombre Cookies, I gave some spray coloring a try! Of course any of you with an airbrush could use that!

This is another lovely photo edited by my friend, Shannon. She put me in a very pretty dress that I would be so happy to wear when I meet her.
I went to a photography day at Sussex Prairie Garden on Saturday, but was only able to stay for a couple of hours because it was far too hot for me, even indoors with doors wide open and fans on. I'm afraid I didn't manage to get out into the garden at all, but had my camera with me, so I couldn't resist photographing these beautiful dahlias in the tearoom.
