A couple weeks ago, my wife captured another shot of two squirrels in our backyard getting cozy on top of our fence. They frequent our backyard in the morning looking for fruits on our tree. The peaches on our peach tree were pretty much consumed by them before they were ripe. That 's why these squirrels look strong and muscular. They are getting more bold every week. They even chewed on our window screens. I am thinking to catch them with a cage and relocate them to somewhere in the wilderness.

Rain; its what make Britain a "green and pleasant land".
"And did those feet in ancient time" is a short poem by William Blake from the preface to his epic Milton a Poem, one of a collection of writings known as the Prophetic Books. The date of 1804 on the title page is probably when the plates were begun, but the poem was printed c. 1808. Today it is best known as the anthem "Jerusalem", with music written by Sir Hubert Parry in 1916.
Blake's poem
And did those feet in ancient time
Walk upon Englands mountains green:
And was the holy Lamb of God,
On Englands pleasant pastures seen!
And did the Countenance Divine,
Shine forth upon our clouded hills?
And was Jerusalem builded here,
Among these dark Satanic Mills?
Bring me my Bow of burning gold;
Bring me my Arrows of desire:
Bring me my Spear: O clouds unfold!
Bring me my Chariot of fire!
I will not cease from Mental Fight,
Nor shall my Sword sleep in my hand:
Till we have built Jerusalem,
In Englands green & pleasant Land
Not Daft Punk but my son on track waiting for the start of a karting race at Rye House.
Black and white allowed for a complete transformation of the image from daylight on a crowded track to something more like a studio.

Bit of an Old Tittle, well I've just watched the 70's film Get Carter Starring Michael Cane and of course the titles of the film shows a drivers eye view from a class 55 Deltic Crossing this very bridge in my village! So I decided to recreate the Shot with a 125...
When most people think Millennium Park in Chicago... 'the Bean' first comes to mind. And rightly so, as it is a magnificent and beloved addition to the beautiful downtown landscape.
But on a hot summer day... nothing beats a run through the cascading water of the Crown Fountain... just a short stairway down from and south of it's iconic and highly reflective neighbor. =)
Two, 50-foot glass block towers at each end of an ankle-deep reflecting pool. Cool, refreshing water showers down on anyone willing to get soaked to the skin. As you can imagine... it's a kid's favorite! But it also brings out the 'kid' in almost every adult that wanders close enough to feel the spray. Frankly, it's almost irresistible... and at times... you just have to get wet! =) Pure joy!
Nothing better... for kids of all ages... on a hot, summer day in the heart of Chicago!

Get Caught Reading yourself! What's the last book you enjoyed?
My hair is finished, ready for the makeup. Anna (my maid of honor) and Diane (my hair dresser) and Diane's grand daughter helped me get ready.
Guys, this was such an unfamiliar feeling. On one hand i really wanted to rush through all this and get to the wedding part, on the other hand i really wanted to enjoy the pampering :) I couldn't wait to see Robby, we hadn't gone one night apart in years, and we certainly hadn't spend 24 hours apart! I missed him greatly, my heart blooming with love looking at my roses, and being SO EXCITED over all my preparations.
I love this photo of me curled up, waiting for the next thing, the wedding time creeping closer...
I'm trying to get organized, I like having as many elements as possible on hand......this allows each piece to be one of a kind.
After a 64 hour work week and not much sleep, a glass or two of this will put me down.
All of a sudden, she got a Bachelor in economics.
I believed in her, she did not believe in herself.
Hopefully, she will now understand her capacity.
The only thing I dont like is that if I would like to put her in a 2 piece bathing suit I wont be able to. She has a speaker holes on her chest. =[
My Get Pushed Challenge fromNikkiNakkiNoo365 was to produce an image using the Brenizer Method.
Nikki gave me the following description and some great tutorials and software to try.
"The Brenizer method was created by Ryan Brenizer and is sometimes referred to as a Bokeh Panorama. The idea behind the method is to create a feel of a large format sensor by stitching together exposures to create an image that is both wide angle and has a shallow depth of field."
This was most definitely a Push (almost over a cliff, LOL) I am not entirely happy with my final result, the main subject although sharp in the single shot, just never seemed that way after the stitching.
It was a great challenge, and I learnt heaps, so thank you Nikki, I hope you like it.
