They just started to get active and I was lucky to be there in the right time.Now 2 days later the field has been cut and all the host plants are no longer there...
As you can see the females fo have quite long hairs to collect pollen and can be quite well loaded.
I found some males on the host plants waiting for the females early in the morning and rain...
Luckily they all know well enough how I cannot stand roses at all - not the passionate reds, not the sweet pink ones, not the friedly but robust yellow, not the innocent girly whites, not even the elegant champagne colored ones, not to even talk of the horrible picotees.
My true cut flower love is the Bells of Ireland, which is green. But this one that my friend One brought me is also very interesting! I don't even know her name.

The kittens are getting big!
They are almost 2 whole pounds!
I've been letting them out of the crate a little bit every day to run around and get wild. They go NUTS!
