I have a gig at the John Day Dam for the next few months. Because of security concerns after 9-11 this is a view that the public can't see anymore....except now on Flickr :-)
So, utilizing the WWE Mayhem Online Generator has been made signifficantly less difficult to works since invigorating it to an live online generator.

The machine on the right is a power generator, or more echnically a static inverter. It's essentially the same as a UPS, but clearly designed for much more power. This is a basic necessity in an Intensive Care Unit.

This is my second 3300A function generator and it came equipped with the 3302A trigger/phase lock plug in unit. My original 3300A ran into problems a while back with power supply issues that got the better of me of cost effectively repair because the parts it required would have cost far more than just holding out for a second unit at a decent price and in full working order.
This second unit does work very well but it came with a number of cosmetic issues in the form of deep gouges, scratches, color contamination and baked on stains that no amount of normal cleaning could fix, but thanks to my first 3300A, which was in excellent cosmetic condition, served as a hand parts donor to make the new unit look pretty decent.
This is one of the rotors from the array of electric generators. I think it was said that this rotor weighs in at 20 tons, and it takes both cranes built into this area to lift it.
