My first thought when I saw this was that it was a photo of Ingmar Bergman and his second wife, Ellen. Anyway, Stockholm City Hall is celebrating 100 years and this is somehow part of that.

Generative AI sucks. If you are making text based requests to get your finished product, you are not a “AI artist”, you’re using a algorithm someone else made that uses predictive technology based on actual work humans created (without their consent) to deliver something based on a text request. There is no intelligence in the algorithm.

We are creating a culture that accepts fantasy over reality. A culture that values the output of a algorithm more than the creations of humans.

I have spent 40+ years in tech marketing. This shit is not being done for the betterment of humanity, it is being done to increase shareholder value.

The more you accept AI as “art” the more shareholder value you create for others and the more life you suck out of humanity.

Fuck that shit.
