geeks and cyclists come together,
though this is a natural phenomena I'd wager,
seeking enlightenment from the crevasses of code,
to the incredible beyond in land traversing mode,
for such is the human endeavour,
to know within, without, whenever.

according to Wikipedia,
unboxing is the unpacking of new products, especially hi-tech consumer products. The whole process is captured on video and later uploaded to the Internet. The term has been labeled a new form of "geek porn."
TRIVIA:
The oldest video on YouTube using the name "unboxing" is the opening of a boxed Nokia E61 smartphone, uploaded on June 12, 2006. There are, however, older videos on the site that show the same activity but using other names such as "opening" or "unpacking".
According to Google Trends, searches for the term "unboxing" began to surface in the final quarter of 2006.

I find it amusing that about a year AFTER I stopped working for Geek Squad Best Buy decided that I should have this watch.
The face can switch between a mirror finish and the geek squad logo with the push of a button.
So we're walking around the convention when it's pretty empty at night. We see this triangle on the back of the main concession stand. We remark how it looks like the triforce. When we get closer, we see that some other geeks had the same idea. This is why geek conventions are a beautiful thing. This is what we live for.
Easter holiday means test revision for student at the university so Pen&Loop comes at home for working. She has like 100 pages to learn...
You never know what to expect at the Best Buy office. I roll into work, look out the window, and see ECTO-1 chillin downstairs. What's a geek to do?
Take pictures of course! :D
Sometimes, you just gotta use that whiteboard space. This is what happens when the programmer and I get together to make sure we know exactly what the tools are supposed to do in relation to what I do with the files.
