For a long time, I learned to breathe shallowly, take up less space, and silence every part of me that might brush against the walls.
I grew so accustomed to limits that I almost forgot the world was larger than that, and I felt ashamed when my emotions no longer fit inside the narrow place where I lived.
Now, rebuilding myself means unlearning how to make myself smaller. It means discovering, little by little, that freedom can be frightening too when you’ve spent far too long merely surviving.

But for the first time, even wounded, I’m beginning to bloom beyond the walls.

We got a new paint job with Line-X and no longer have to worry about hail, scratches, and rust on the paint. We also love how the matte black looks. They really did a terrific job!
