At a Global Justice Manchester/ Stop TTIP event on 18th. April 2015 in Albert Square, Manchester with people from 38 Degrees who had been attending an “Assembly for Democracy” Parliamentary and Council candidates discussed the threat to democracy, public services, NHS, environment, working conditions, food standards and related issues posed by the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) negotiations.
