Working GE Mascot meter with black plastic or Bakelite body. Comes in a really nice heavy leather case. There are 2 snaps on the case, both working. The inside is redder than it appears in photo. A table molded into the back shows film speeds 10, 20, 50 100, and shutter speeds 1/25, 1/50, 1/100, 1/200. For any desired combination, the table shows which of 5 scales to select (A, B, C, D) by turning the GE knob. Apertures are then read directly from the meter. Working Selenium cell, needs no batteries.

I'm not sure how old this is, but I would bet that the film speeds are the older standard, and you may need to figure out how to convert them to later ASA or modern EI ranges.
