After finally getting back into the GCPD series, I also have planned for the second volume. Stay tuned for more details
Quick note - Black Mask isn't African-American. As you can see, in the closeup with more intense lighting, his skin is red.
DCZV Profiles:
Black Mask/Roman Sionis:
As the son of one of the most influential mobsters in Gotham, Roman had high expectations to live up to. After his father's death at the hands of the GCPD, Roman took up his father's mantle of the Black Mask -- Head of Gotham's underworld. In a chance encounter with Batman and the dead Robin, his mask was welded to his face when the latter kicked him into a furnace.
Great White Shark/Warren White:
Warren White, otherwise known as "Great White Shark" after a vicious attack from Mr. Freeze, used to be a crooked financier who embezzled millions from his company's pension fund. After pleading insanity in a court case, White was sent to Arkham Asylum, where he endured torture from his various cellmates. After escaping in a riot set up by the Scarecrow, White climbed his way to the top of the food chain and established himself as one of the top arms dealers in Gotham City.
More to come. I really like the tusks on BM's mask.

Let me know what you think!

Also happy new year 2020 I guess
Yeah, pretty rad.
This is also going to be an update of sorts too.
1. Got every mini figure in the Lego Batman Movie COM, that's pretty cool. and some more money for The Bat cave
2. Next GCPD will be 2 weeks from Saturday, due to a essay I have to write.
3. Another Worst villains featuring all the LBM villains coming soon
That's pretty much it
Also wish Robert Downey Jr, Hugo Weaving, Heath Ledger, and Kaiju Dan a Happy Birthday too.
So I am still I the process of finishing Vol 1 ( I've written 2 chapters but I have been too busy and lazy to write the remaining ones) so I guess as a sorry for not posting a story for a while, this will be the main cast of Vol 2
Batman
Rupert Thorns
Harvey Dent
Jim Gordon
and Montoya
Batman will be featured as a "cameo" of sorts because I don't want him to be the main focus of the story, so he will play a supporting role in the story.
(also that probably won't be the suit that batman will wear)
Case No: 4239655
Date: 05/04/13
Reporting Officer:Detective Stan Kitch
Prepared By: Detective Stan Kitch
Incident: Mob Boss and Bodyguards' murder.
Detail of event: Russian Mob Boss Alexei Chukov. Found dead in his house by a cleaning lady. Interesting way he died.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stan!
Hey, Abe.
So what's the situation like in there?
You'd better see for yourself.
You didn't tell me how many bodies there were.
Four. Chukov, his two guards, and his son.
You think it's a Mob hit?
Quite possibly so. But wait till we get into his study.
Why?
You'll see.
Huh.
Yeah.
What have you figured out so far?
Daryl's told me that he's only been dead for thirteen hours, compared to the other three, who have all been dead for at least five days. That means that Chukov was kept alive after the others were murdered.
Tortured?
Most likely. Not by any...normal...torturing means, though.
He's got bullets in various parts of his body.
Correct.
Right.
Chukov's men were killed when the killer entered the house. However, Chukov was kept alive. Over the course of...however many days, the killer put...how many bullets?
Nine.
Nine bullets into Chukov, and let him die three times. He used the defibrillator to bring him back each time, until finally killing him, and leaving him for the cleaning lady.
Seems an unnecessary amount of pain to put someone through, doesn't it?
Sure does. The question is; who did it? Could be any crazy running around now. Or someone completely new.
I think I might know-
*Ring**Ring*
That's mine.
Uh-huh.
Yep.
Be there soon.
Who was that?
Who? Um...it was...Dianna.
...just wondering when I'll be home.
Yeah.
Oh.
So. Who killed the Russian?
Another Russian.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Biiiiiiiiilllyyyyyyyyy.
Hereyago.
First off sorry I've been a bit inactive here
Secondly
Clayface: for the first characters reimagining I chose clayface
Backstory: basil karlo had the same origin we all remember, what's clearly different is what he does with this power he takes the form of other people and even makes up villains like killer moth and eraser that batman think are new villains but secretly are just clayface. Also clayface became an even bigger threat after he learned the true identity of batman. Sometimes he even takes the form of batman in order for the gcpd to go after bats while he gets away with another crime
Two-face
Backstory: after suffering burns during a campaign speech, Harvey dent realized the only way to eliminate crime for good is to do what batman never could kill them, he uses a coin to choose whether the victim will have a painless or slow death.
L-R:
Steel: new hands and a new head/helmet look
Captain Boomerang: I don't think I told you guys, but I also got that LBM 3-pack. One of the GCPD officer's heads is the only thing new. I think it looks pretty good.
Question: the Wildeverse version of him, however. He’s probably my favorite of the bunch.
Lobo: does the beard work? I can't decide...
What do you think?
When there's an giant sized Man sized Man-Bat (?) out in the sky's above Gotham, only Batman AND the GCPD can take him down! And trust me, the Blimp did all the work!

So I did a trade with Moosefigs a few weeks ago and one of the goodies he sent me was a custom printed torso by Tony Gorst. Originally I was gonna have this 'fig in a setpiece just for it, fighting Mr. Freeze in the GCPD (Especially since I took apart my old mecha-Freeze and needed to make a new 'fig) but the last few days have been much longer than they should and I wasn't feeling like building. So here's the 'fig with my REC design.
Thanks, Dylan. Sorry I took my sweet time posting this.
TD: "In my house, Alfred--I-IN MY OWN DAMN ROOM!!!"
AP: "My god....I'm...I'm so sorry, Timothy. Are you sure you should be running out there right now?"
TD: "I'll grieve when this is over."
AP: "That's not what I meant. You're not very level-headed right now, Timothy. I fear what you may do once you find this 'Crow' character."
TD: "I'm not out for blood, Alfred. I'm better than that. Why do you think Bruce let me wear this suit in the first place?"
AP: "Well, at least your search will be short. The GCPD are currently in pursuit of a 1959 Cadillac Eldorado, registered to your Father."
TD: ".....the Caddy?"
AP: "Yes?..."
TD: "That....was my grandpa's Caddy. He passed it down to my dad. He was gonna pass it down to me. And that bastard stole it...."
AP: "The pursuit ended at the eastern docks. An officer did a pit Maneuver and it rolled."
TD: "AND it rolled!"
AP: "Miss Stephanie was pursuing as well. She's currently looking for The Crow as we speak."
TD: "She can't handle him. Not alone. I couldn't. Get her on the line now and tell her to keep her distance."
AP: "Very well, sir.....gah, damn this thing. I can't reach her."
TD: "Can you track her?...how's her vitals?"
AP: ".....They're spiking, sir. I'd say she's on the ropes...."
TD: "Keep watching her, I'm going over there."
AP: "Please Master Timothy, all I ask is that you control yourself."
TD: "I said I'm not looking for blood...but I'm gonna find answers before I'm done with him...."
Here's some notable members of the GCPD who are loyal to the Bat Family, including Commissioner Gordon and his daughter.
Batgirl here was originally based on the Rebirth design and the new figure, but with the LBM purple/yellow color scheme - then it ended up being remarkably similar to the new Gotham Knights design, and kishalego's figure version! Lots of coincidence/common influence, I guess.

Part 5 of 7.
I built this Gotham Police Department for Blocks Magazine to showcase these custom minifigs from United Bricks. While as usual I wanted to build something much smaller, the scope of the building I was trying to capture necessitated a much bigger build. This is the largest interior space I've built, half again as big as my steampunk laboratory. This one also required some specific details, like the Selectric typewriters.

Spare no taxpayer expense! The boys of the GCPD need their trusty Blimp at their side! You'll sleep better at night knowing they're up there every night at great expense and you'll sleep all the better because of it!
First attempt at the semi-controlled chaos of the chem plant. I've tried to reference a few details for the scene. Jack Napier and his crooks bust a safe only to find it empty, there's stairs to race up and down, safety rails to fall over, big boiler vats to sneak behind, the main control board where Jack makes some "minor" adjustments and also the fire axe that he uses.
A large part of the enjoyment of building this playset was trying to suggest some of Anton Furst's wonderful Deco Noir set design, which to me was a highlight of the '89 movie.
It's not really complete without Lt. Eckhardt and his police officers but upon checking my minifigures I realised that I down have cops. With some GCPD minifigs you can have the proper shoot-out with the crooks, with Batman lurking in the shadows.
I'll post some details shots soon.
Here we go

Nova Prime: Library ghost hair, First Order head, GCPD Cop torso and legs

My review : www.hellobricks.com/2017/01/review-lego-70912-lego-batman...
Super quick one for the Lego365. I know I've been doing that a lot this week. But instead of dwelling, I'm going to talk about how awesome these little GCPD flak jackets are. Loving them. And I wanna fill a city with 'em.
Its been four days since two GCPD officers went missing. They were good men, both had families and were in Gordon's unit. They then went missing and here I am. Two dead cops and a handful of questions.......
Hey guys! I wanted to try a Batman scene after reading a handful of DC comics over spring break. I have a lot of ideas for a series if you guys would like to see that. Please let me know what you think!
Batman lead Poison Ivy to his green partner where Merlyn was shouting and arguing with him.
"Confound it all! The League of Assassins will claim their prize in the name of The Demon's Head and you will all fall victims of it's cleansing presence!"
Oliver chuckled, "I shot you with the largest amount of Vitamin A I have ever seen! ...And yet you're still feeling mighty confident. I have the tiniest hunch that this ain't gonna happen...."
Merlyn continued to babble but Ollie tuned him out. Even Poison Ivy was sick of him, "Oh hush now! I've never met such a sore loser!"
Green Arrow chuckled again, "By the way Bat's, how'd you stop Ivy?”
Batman's eyes narrowed. He returned his GCPD Comms. device to his belt. He looked right at Oliver with a cold stare...
