Nick Tahou,home of the garbage plate,what a sh*t hole, there's was only 1 other car in the parking lot, the guys in it were smokin' crack.
Yes of course I order a garbage plate , I get half way thru it, and the place is now PACKED.The "chef" , Phil , was kinda of a dick, but in a good way, the crackheads came in , Phil gave them free HOTS, then tossed them out.
As for the food ,it was good, there was plenty on your plate, if you ask anybody in Rochester for directions, they ALL know Nicks place. It turns out there is actually 2 nick tahou's, it a family run business .I plan on going to both places in the same day, any body wanna go on a road trip?? Rochester is kinda of kool place shot to some city landscapes,& the food is kinda good..

Usually my husband takes the garbage out. Tonight he was mowing the lawn and asked me to take the can to the end of the drive. Great selfie photo op!

As you can plainly see, this is a very big pile of garbage between the two buildings of the motel. This is not only furniture and appliances, but also bags of people's trash removed from the trash cans and thrown into the pile. This trash often contained used syringes from drug users living in the motel. This would remain here for often up to a week, be cleared out, and then slowly accumulate into another mountain of trash. Animals would tear open the trash bags and scatter the trash. At one time, this used to be the area where children played. In the room where the door with a hole in it is, there was a man living there with his two toddlers ages 3 and 4 and a newborn baby that grew to the age of 1 1/2 by the time they moved out. The toilet on the right was left there with waste still in it.
This guy was stuck in the garbage can as we walked by. Gave us all a fright at first. We tipped the can and walked away unscathed and clean smelling, so I call the day a succes

This photo is from Liferoads Church's second annual "Garbage to Grace day" The Men of the church go door to door asking our neighbors if they have any garbage that we can take off their hands.
This year it took us about 2 hours to fill a thirty yard dumpster
people use their personal vehicles, pay for their fuel and devote a day to cleaning up other people's crap.
