"mind the gap" is the constant reminder on London Transport trains. On this station they are not kidding, you have to leap about two foot up into the train. I suppose using two fet is a good idea when walking.
Anyhoo, I like the way the crack created a "gap" in the the letter "P". So we have two "gap" for the price of one

El sistema de entrenamiento GAP proviene de la unión de tres palabras que definen exactamente de qué se trata: Glúteos, Abdominales y Piernas.
Practicar GAP es realizar un conjunto de ejercicios dedicados a fortalecer y a tonificar estas tres zonas del cuerpo que muchas veces son las más afectadas de nuestro cuerpo por la vida sedentaria. La acumulación de grasas en estas zonas suele ser frecuente, y los problemas derivados de su falta de entrenamiento son la flacidez de la piel, la mala circulación y la falta de tono.

Unless you are genetically predisposed for this body type, it is an impossible feat that so many women kill themselves over. Her proportions even change from photo to photo, proving that this is an unrealistic portrayal of women.
This is the center of the Morrison Bridge. I took the picture for Beck who's a little phobic about losing her glasses whenever she's high up above water.

Taken on a day when standing up was an Olympic event at Burling Gap in East Sussex. As this canoeist was heading out against the incoming tide in a massive sea he caught the wave square in the face but just kept going. Despite the sea he and his mate stayed upright all the time. Experience is a must in this sort of weather.
