This scene was sold to an animations and promotions company which added some simple up and down motion to the scene by inserting a rotating shaft and cams system above the scene. With fishing lines connected between the rotating cams, the puppets and objects below, a simple up and down motion can be created. Very commonly used method in animation. It has been widely exhibited but unfortunately, subsequent claims by the promotions company and its puppeteer director to being responsible for the scene's creation, to being 'the mastermind' and 'creative force' behind it are COMPLETELY false, deliberately misleading and an infringement of StudioM's copyright. All original sketches, drawings and specification notes remain with StudioM together with copyright.

When the Milwaukee Road ordered their SD40-2s with the smaller fuel tanks the gap between front truck and the fuel tank sure gave them a unique look. That profile is unmistakable as the DM&E 6369 leads IC&E train M-NACC across the Chicago Sub as it is passing the block signal at MP66 east of Kirkland, IL.

I'll probably also have to add some holes in the base to let air in the bottom.

I fixed up a broken high voltage tesla coil power supply tonight. It can have a spark gap plugged in across the secondary (output) coil. I haven't seen many macros of radiant energy discharge, so I thought i'd take a few.. This is a closeups of low setting around 10-20 thousand volts. The potential (voltage) required to make the energy jump increases 1.2kV per about every 1mm distance in air. Remember to always exercise caution around high voltage equipment!!
