The Future Earth Ring plays on the notion that we are on our way to destroying nature as we know it, and that at some point we will have to have all kinds of systems to maintain earths species from extinction. This ring features an enclosed, clear chamber that houses some natural lichen from Scandinavia. The contrast from the oxidized and brushed finish on the silver, and the smooth glass cover housing the lush green life inside really portrays this desire to preserve mother nature from humans destruction.
