Vanessa and I took a look at what we watch on TV regularly, and it seems that most of our shows are on network TV. So, we are seriously close to dropping cable and going with over the air. I bought this amplified antenna to bring in non-compressed over the air HD signals straight to our TV. Most of the channels have seemed to work well, except for 12 and it's weaker VHF signal. It will probably be one more month of cable, then we will roll with over the air and streaming (mostly Netflix).

Lots of foreign currency in this pic - and a few dollar bills.
Students from Croydon College will be signing for top London football teams thanks to a groundbreaking business deal with six of the capital's clubs.
A total of 60 new coaching jobs are being created for 18 to 24-year-olds at Tottenham Hotspur, Fulham, West Ham, Arsenal, Charlton Athletic and Brentford as part of the Government's Future Jobs scheme.
As part of the 'Future Jobs' scheme, they will be employed for 6 months and given training and work experience as well as receiving a salary.
Successful applicants for these jobs will work as Coaches within the Clubs' Community Trusts. At the end of 6 months, all the clubs have committed to offering permanent employment for at least 50% of the young people under this scheme who will then undertake a full apprenticeship programme which will be delivered by Croydon College.
The partnership has been endorsed by the Premier League with Tottenham Hotspur Foundation as the lead partner for the clubs.

At the Oakland Museum, people are encouraged to draw how they see the Bay Area in the future. I don't know who Jayla is, but I want to be on that person's team.
My future firefighter going out on Halloween night. We went to a trunk or treat at a local church. Lakeland Fire Dept E-12 was there. They liked my son's choice for a Halloween Custom. They let my son and I take as many pictures as we wanted too. They told him, it's your engine. Thanks to Lakeland FD.

this is a photo i took on film in 2005. i'm digging again.
anyhow, it's one of my favs through the years.
the model is a roommate i had back then named tara. she's canadian and a big fan of the british series "red dwarf."
i would watch it a lot with her an her boyfriend. at the time she had just finished med school and was in transition. i think she needed a break. so there was lots of downtime-a few runs of seven dvd's of "red dwarf," baking apple pies from scratch and making lots of dinners for her and her boyfriend of the time, jordan.
for some reason i even remember her changing a tire, grease all over her clothes. i remember she was irritated by all the guys at the complex asking her if she needed help. i think it took all day but i was impressed. something i wouldn't ever attempt to do! ha!
our other roommate was a descendant of the Cahuilla tribe of Native Americans who was nice but kept to herself.
i liked that apartment and the people within. good "chi." i guess. it was warm and inviting and those feelings seemed to constantly flow there.
after i moved out a friend of mine bought the place for exactly the same reasons. he said he felt it as soon as walked in.
i hope you enjoy!
