This could be a beauty ad if you ask me .. I use Canon and I'm faithful to it (even though Nikon has a new D700 and I still want a Canon 5D .. I need to get out f my I want syndrome and be thankful for what I have .. I know .. and I really am .. but back to the topic at hand) but Kodak and also Wolf Camera have an excellent way of making your photos into books .. One day I am going to use their services to make one .. I encourage everyone to ..
My future firefighter going out on Halloween night. We went to a trunk or treat at a local church. Lakeland Fire Dept E-12 was there. They liked my son's choice for a Halloween Custom. They let my son and I take as many pictures as we wanted too. They told him, it's your engine. Thanks to Lakeland FD.
The ticker tape parade for the USWNT after winning the 2019 World Cup in France.
The parade was held along the Canyon of Heroes (Lower Broadway) from Battery Park to City Hall.
I honestly found it rather...strange. To the women, congratulations, and I wish the parade had been better. I guess I can best sum it up this way: police had to walk by after the last of the "floats"/cars went by to say, "That's it, folks. They're all already up there." There's a lot to be said for actually announcing who and/or what is coming up the street to build anticipation. (Parade planners: In the future, perhaps you can contact the orgfanizers of Carnaval in Rio for how to run a proper parade...) I, and many others, wanted to cheer more for the women, but didn't realize who half of them were until they were already right in front of us or by us.
