Totally unique in the history of Vancouver’s LGBT community, Queer as Funk brings together some of the city’s hottest musicians in an explosive, high-energy dance band.

With repertoire ranging from beloved funk, soul and motown classics of the 60’s and 70’s (Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder) to contemporary favourites (Amy Winehouse, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars), Queer as Funk is also the sharpest-dressed suit-and-tie band in town.

The Garland Theater opened in 1945 and was designed by Funk, Molander & Johnson. Unfortunately, it is not on the National Register yet.

Tô ficando cada vez mais ausente daqui, mas tô meio naquela fase em que tô enjoada de tudo; espero que passe logo.

Só agora tô conseguindo usar um azul, depois de tanto alvoroço por causa do azul da novela, não aguentava ver qualquer tonalidade de azul. Adorei esse tom de azul queimadinho, achei bem diferente. Quase consegui cobrir com uma camadinha só, mas como estava com um olho na esmaltação e outro no seriado, não foi possível rs
