Kidneys, the bean-shaped organs, are about the size of your fist. They are positioned towards your back, under your ribcage. Most people have two functioning kidneys, but if only one of them is functioning well, you can still lead a healthy life. A kidney's functions are multifaceted. Helping your body clear toxins is one of its most crucial tasks. Your kidneys filter your blood, excreting waste materials as urine(pee).
Whenever your kidneys aren't functioning properly, it indicates kidney damage and waste products accumulate in your body. A few kidney damage symptoms include:-
Decreased urine production
Swollen feet, ankles, and legs due to fluid retention
Difficulty in respiration
Fatigue
Confusion
Nausea
Weakness
Abnormal heartbeat

Back Ground
National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) was established in July, 2001 as a federal statutory body. It is a fast-track initiative to improve social sector outcomes at the grass-roots. The goal of the Commission is to fill the implementation gaps and improve public sector delivery mechanisms to achieve the Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) through:
Universal Primary Education (UPE)
Adult Literacy / Gender Empowerment Program
Reducing Population Growth Rate
Improving Infant & Maternal Mortality
Capacity Building at Grassroots
NCHD has been officially declared as lead agency for the spread of literacy programs in the country by the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The 2006 UNESCO International Reading Association Literacy Prize has been awarded to NCHD for its National Literacy Program.
Visit of Mr. Pervaiz Lodhi – Member PHDF
Mr. Pervaiz lodhie a distinguished member of PHDF visited Malala Feeder School on 7th March 2015 alongwith his team and the Worthy Director operations Sindh Humaira Hashimi Sahiba. The team arrived at Malala feeder school at about 12.00noon. A warm welcome was given to the distinguished guests. The students from Malala wrapped in school uniform give a salute the honourable guests and offered flowers to the guests. Thrown rose petals in a queue to the head Masters room.
Where Mr. Moti lal – Head Master briefed the honourable guests about the back ground and the efforts taken for establishment of such a wonderful building through donations. He elaborated that besides donors the I-care, PHDF, Mir Ghulam Ali Talpur and the chairman usher and zakat the children are continuously supporting the school by making donations from their pocket money, which were a unique contribution and the idea for construction of malala feeder school. They started the school with the number of 25 children only but now after hectic efforts and continuous work hard the number has raised to 455. At the movement 5 Feeder teachers are placed while 3 other teachers are voluntarily putting their time and efforts.
Then the guests visited each class room one by one, where two children from each class presented rose flowers to the guests. The guest asked many questions about the education, the attitude of the teachers and their satisfaction from the school and learning land marks. Checked and found whole the school very neat and clean.
A gathering of parents of children was also arranged in the school, after visiting class rooms the honourable guests moved toward the stage where function started with the recitation of holy Quran. A student of class three Ghulam Rasool recited from Holy Quran.
Naat Maqbool (PBHM) was presented by three female students namely Huma Naz, Mehmoona, Nayab and Iqra
Mr. Pervaiz lodhi – member PHDF said in his address that PHDF put a unique idea of public and private partnership and have proved that by collective efforts Pakistan can meet the desired goals and objectives especially in the field of education. He called a meeting with stake holder and the private sector yesterday and will be meet with the honourable minister and PHDF members in Pakistan to contribute on their part in the uplift of NCHD and the objective of Education and literacy in Pakistan. He thinks that it is only NCHD which has office in every district of the Pakistan and grass root approach. He will try a funding and the support of Pakistanis in America and bring some good news as well. He is himself contacting various philanthropists and groups in this regard also. Insha Allah we will bring a positive change in Pakistan and continue our mission. He appreciated the innovative idea for construction of Malala school building. He also suggested that he will show the movie to the father of Malala who is visiting America in coming month.
At end of this session honourable guest distributed Shaantech Solar Charged LED Lights to top 3 students from each class (1,2,3,4,5)

In a domestic function in our relative's house, the host honoured the women invitees with a grand feast and gifts of turmeic, kumkum, mehandi, sandal paste, flowers, and other cosmetics .
I was one of the invitees.
This is for round 2 of the 2014 Bio cup, the theme being:
"BATTLE ACTION RAHI!
Create a Rahi and design your own playing functions and action gimmicks for it. You can draw inspiration from existing toylines or try to invent something never seen before.
Projectile weapons are a nice addition but don't count, unless they're both unique and clever.
Spring actions, lever actions and other interesting playing mechanics are what we're looking for."
The Klanda is a species of rahi know for their docility and their virtual invulnerability. Primarily eaters of plants, leaves and fruits, they won't say no to an already deceased meal either. They have few natural enemies as they armor is thick enough to break most predator's teeth. When attacked, the Klanda smashes it's claws into the ground, leaving only it's armored back exposed.
I must admit, I don't really like this guy. Actions are not my strong point and the posing and lighting was terrible. I like the way it looks, but I could have done better. Also, his waist is not fixed, he just looks the best in that one pose. Oh yes, I unknowingly based this guy off of Shadowgear's Bone Dragon and the hoof design is Chro's, slightly altered.

Imagery of Current RAF Mountain Rescue Service personnel and the Mountain Rescue Association members at the 70th Anniversary Dinner to celebrate 70 years of saving lives. The dinner was guested by the SARF Cdr Group Captain Sara Mackmin and Padre Stu Shaw, plus many memebers of the famous RAF Mountain Rescue Association. The dinner was held at the Park Hall Hotel in Charnock richard off Junction 27 of the M6 motorway. Many memebers were re-united with friends they had not seen for many years. All of the Association members have served there part on Mountain Rescue around the UK and abroad over the years and rejoin every year on their anniversary. Current RAF Mountain Rescue Teams from every base came to the function this included RAF Lossiemouth MRT, RAF Leuchars MRT; RAF Leeming MRT and RAF Valley MRT plus support staff from the Mountain Rescue HQ. The guest speaker on the night was ex Mountain Rescue Leader Ted Atkins who famously walked up Mount Everest and retold his memoirs to an amazed audience.
Dated 6th July 2013.

A pun on a common path integral Oil on canvas, 12" by 12" original Green functions are a special type of integral. In calculus, integrals provide methods for adding up functions and trends. Everyday single integrals work in 2 dimensions. A function creates a curve on the plane and solving its integral tells you how much total area the function covers. A green function is a path integral. Path integrals are special kinds of integrals. Imagine that the normal integral measures the area under a curve sitting on a plain piece of paper. If the same curve was drawn on top of a paper with a picture on it, a normal integral would still tell you how much of the paper's area was under the function. But what if you wanted to know the "value" of all of the colors the function passed through? That would require a path integral. Path integrals can be very useful for examining functions that exist in fields - where instead of an empty paper or box, each piece of the space holding the function has values associated with it (electric field strength, color, temperature, etc.). Green functions in particular are used to describe particle motion in fields. They can be translated into little squiggles - Feynman Diagrams - which can be worked geometrically to simplify the set of integrals before solving. In polymers, we use an integral called the "Edwards Integral" instead, which is a close relative of the Green function. In this case the "path" follows the actual shape of the polymer backbone. But Edwards integrals don't really suggest a reason for lots of lovely green paint. In the course of learning arithmetic, algebra, calculus and other mathematics I've always pictured the numbers, variables, and equations as animate. Perhaps assigning personalities an backstories to numerals was my way of compensating for not having any dolls to play with. Of course Green functions are crazy loopy beasts in a scintillating blue field. This one looks like it suffered some injury when the first year grad students attempted numerical integration (and is that a failed attempt at renormalization I see?) That's one hairy function!

the french take that expression to the extreme, and while the 2F terminal at the Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris is one of the most beautiful i've seen. The airport itself is the most disfunctional, inefficient i've been to in the past few years. If you're flying from JFK to Beirut through Paris, the plane takes 20 mins+ to taxi, then you take a bus to the 2E terminal, then you walk a bit inside the 2E terminal then you take another bus ride for 40mins to get to the 2F terminal!!!! (This happens to me after having spent 6 hours over the atlantic, 2 hours at JFK and 40 mins commuting from Manhattan...)
Whatever the level of your sexual function, it will take a negative hit after any of the treatment options. As a rule the better your function before treatment the better it will be after treatment and the better chance it will recover. Radiation affects it over time but not initially...but affects it just the same. Surgery affects it up front...but has the potential to recover with time. You need to know the difference.
