Exploring an abandoned school in Central Nevada with a group of photographers yesterday. The building is closed for renovation, but we were able to obtain access.
The mirror was actually a stack of window panes being installed to reduce weather damage.

My husband and our daughter playing at Deildartunguhver. They had so much fun "posing" for me!
Deildartunguhver is a hotspring in Reykholtsdalur, Iceland. It is characterized by a very high flow rate for a hot spring (180 liters/second) and water emerges at 97 °C. It is the highest-flow hot spring in Europe

Enjoy watching some animals frolicking in the fall leaves!
Six Firefly video clips edited in Canva and I added the audio "Fall Fun" by Thomas and Friends to go with it. I used my own text prompts to generate the video clips.
Thanks for your views, comments, awards, invites, and faves.
This '68 Ford F1 was at the car show in Montpelier, Idaho. The owner rivited signs and old tools all over this thing. I'm not sure why there were roller skates on the hood.
A year ago the last of the Vermont Rail GP38-2s being repainted by Southern Pride in the old B&M Roundhouse. A fun time of being the official photographer McGinnis assistant. The shop crew was great at posing the units for us. 202 rolled out fitting as it was built in 74 for the VTR. Photo taken North Walpole, NH November 7, 2022

Feathers insulate birds from water and cold temperatures.
They may also be plucked to line the nest and provide insulation to the eggs and young.
The individual feathers in the wings and tail play important roles in controlling flight.
Some species have a crest of feathers on their heads. Although feathers are light, a bird's plumage weighs two or three times more than its skeleton, since many bones are hollow and contain air sacs.
Colour patterns serve as camouflage against predators for birds in their habitats.
Striking differences in feather patterns and colours are part of the sexual dimorphism of many bird species and are particularly important in selection of mating pairs.
A good alternative for flowers, if you want colour, shapes and textures, is feathers.
I had a lot of fun with these, always trying to ‘perfection’ and bring the best.
Here straight feathers in graduating colours.
I wish you all a very good day and thanks for all your kind words, time, comments and likes. Very much appreciated. Magda, (*_*)

I found these novelty erasers in our local supermarket. They read "Fun, "Love" and "Peace". I wasn't sure how to present them but They are two inches wide so I focussed at three inches on the short side which meant I had to crop to a square format.
I decided to place them in a baking tray which I filled with water and added some washing up liquid.
I used a straw to blow bubbles in the water for the "Fun" part.
One of my sons colourful bags was placed behind for a reflection.
