OK, so I saw this at a gas station stop on a road trip and knew I just had to have it. Despite preferring to find empty cans, I decided to buy one. Cruising down the highway I found a little Forgiato Blow on Youtube to blast through my trucks speakers, I popped open the can and had a few sips. I wondered if the drink's objective would be achieved, especially the "Peerless and Fearless" part. I wondered if, after drinking, I would start flying flags from the back of my truck and maybe even wear a red hat.
Well it didn't take too long, only a couple of sips in fact, I turned off the rantings of a fool and pulled the truck over to the side of the road. I snapped back to reality, uttered an extended, "Yuck..." and emptied the rest of the can out onto the side of the highway. At that moment I thought, what BS this all is and knew that smashing up this can was going to be well worth the money I paid for it. And so it goes, another story and another can added to the collection!
FYI: Preparation of this can was as close as I want to come to cutting up a finger on the torn can's sharp edges or from the razor knife used to help model/release the wording that was on the back of the can. BTW: I was also quite pleased with the way this one turned out and instead of putting it in the bag with the rest of the cans, I told Marybeth that I should make a little stand and case to display it on a shelf. She gave me a look and walked away...

For this one i attached the cam on my bike and put the ND Filter on it. I know that it would also work without the filter but my aim was a very heavy movement blur while the bike still remains clear and sharp. I am quite satisfied with the first result - lets get ready for hyperspace! ;o)

New Mexico's Rail Runner Express runs regional rail service for nearly 100 miles from Belen to Santa Fe, through Albuquerque. The trains run on tracks purchased from BNSF in 2005, owned by the state of New Mexico.
Here, on a quiet Sunday afternoon, northbound train #708 blasts off out of Albuquerque after its 3:11 pm departure from Downtown's Alvarado Transportation Center.
The cabooses to the right are owned by the New Mexico Steam Locomotive & Railroad Historical Society, known for restoring ATSF 4-8-4 #2926. ATSF 2018 was built by the Santa Fe's Topeka Shops in 1942. DRGW 01423 was built at the Rio Grande's Burnham Shops in Denver, also in 1942.

When I playfully told her to straddle the cannon, she had no earthly idea how magnificently sexy she looked.

That time of year again... tractormania!
*Of note: the photo on the left was taken about five seconds after the one on the right. My buddies in The Bando could explain this better but, as I followed the tractor puller along, the auto exposure compensation (or something like that) changed as I was shooting more directly into the sun. With the telephone pole present in both shots I thought, what the hell! Lets make the best of it, shall we.

The Aston Martin Vanquish is a grand tourer that was introduced in 2001 as a successor to the ageing Virage range. The first-generation V12 Vanquish, designed by Ian Callum, was unveiled at the 2001 Geneva Motor Show and was produced from 2001 to 2005. The prototype built by the collaboration of the Ford Motor Company and Indian designer Dilip Chhabria featured as the official James Bond car in the film Die Another Day. The Vanquish S was unveiled in 2004 with a more powerful engine and improved aerodynamics. The Vanquish S and V12 Vanquish were replaced by the DBS in 2007. In 2012 the Vanquish name was revived for the successor to the DBS.
