Everything is in flow. The stream is already rolling. Moving from point A to point B is already happening. And like water - your energy will flow down the path of least resistance, UNLESS interrupted by a force. This force, can be your own resistance, or the resistance of the external world. As you encounter this resistance you'll either naturally flow around it or forcefully through it. The stream is still rolling. The flow continues. The experience of friction to where you want to go creates the perception of being slowed down, from the point of view of the observer. The flow is still happening. The stream is ongoing. Flowing with the stream. Reducing friction to get from point A, where you are now, to point B, where you want to be in a future step. Doing all that you can to make it as friction free and effortless as possible. And choosing to flow with the stream rather than against it.

Trying to fight the current is like going back in time. Trying to swim faster than the current is a vain exercise. Flowing with the current, directing where you want to go - through reducing resistance is the most leveraged way to flow. It conserves energy. It makes the experience more enjoyable. It makes things seem effortless.

Reducing friction is the key to feeling part of the flow , while using it. Reducing friction to be part of the flow. Not just wherever the flow wants to go but with an intentional design to it.

Hello Full Potential Beings directing your attention towards your highest and best self. A new day is here and it’s a glorious start to the new year.

The sun is shining. Classical music is playing. The animals are moving to and fro. A smoothie is being prepared. And I am getting this post off to you from our village here in Costa Rica. Life is amazing. The dream is real.

So the first download I had since starting the New Year is around STRUCTURING the day.

What Does It Mean to Structure Your Day?

Structuring means is blocking time out for what’s important in a way that feels the best and most productive for you and your values.

Now I realize you might be in a situation that requires you to have a less flexible structure at the moment. So work with whatever free time you have and structure it. And aim to become more free so that you can structure all of it.

I’ve explored all kinds of ways to structure the day and here’s what I’ve found works for me at this present time.

LIMITED SCREEN TIME / ACCESS

No Screen Time Until 12 PMI find that the single biggest thing I can do to structure my day is limit my screen time. This means not accessing my cell phone until noon. The only exception is creating a blog post.

I’m taking this so seriously that I’m now going to use my old cell phone for instant messages only and leave it in one place - the office. So my mind begins to associate a specific location and a specific time with handling instant messages & communications.

Life, in all its unpredictability, often presents us with circumstances that we would usually deem as accidents. However, these very moments can reveal themselves as miracles if we pause to perceive the underlying gift they present. Recently, an incident shook me to my core, and subsequently unfolded the most profound lesson about life and the divine.

It was a day like any other when Sol, my faithful canine companion, nearly encountered death. She was hit by a car, a sight that would make any heart shudder. The car passed over her, and for a moment, it seemed we had lost her. But life, in its most mysterious way, had other plans.

Sol didn't just survive that terrifying ordeal; she came out of it astonishingly unscathed. She has no broken bones, no major injuries, and she can even run up and down the stairs as she used to. It was a moment of unexplainable relief and joy, a moment that seemingly defied the laws of probability and logic.

This event, as traumatic as it was, turned out to be a gift beyond the obvious miracle of Sol's survival. It was a moment that brought me closer to something much larger than us, something divine. Witnessing Sol's miraculous escape, with only a skinned face and leg to show for her ordeal, was a revelation. It demonstrated that something far greater than what we can comprehend is at play here. And for this, I am deeply grateful.

Happy New Year! According to the Gregorian Calendar that is.

In case you're interested in the history of calendars and how this whole business of tracking time started you can do a little search on Wikipedia or here: www.calendar.com/history-of-the-calendar/

Today we are starting with an Indian Feast.

Last night for the first time I didn't even bother to stay up for midnight and change of the calendar year. I slept, and slept well.

The night before we celebrated the end of the year on the beach in one of the most beautiful camping spots I have ever been to. We had fire, we had sand, we had ocean, we had moon light. We had CAVES. And we had mushrooms.

I sang and chanted. I danced. I walked. I meditated. I connected. And I became much more clear headed.

Especially because I didn't have my phone on me for the entire time. I left it at home .. accidentally. But it revealed to me a couple of things. 1. How easy it is to be conditioned by my phone. 2. How much clearer I feel without it.

So for this year I intend to radically restructure my life to be less on screens. To be less available. To feel less obligated to respond. To become more centered and ALL HERE wherever I am.

And to that end.. it's time to go eat the Indian food we brought for New Years feast. And I just want this post to be a placeholder for you to reflect on your last year and think about any major changes you'd like to make. Perhaps you can post in the comments below and share them with us.

Hello Full Potential Beings. It's a beautiful new day. And it's the afternoon. It's been a busy day. *Smile*

Today we went to the Feria here (Farmers market) got all kinds of goodies. Then we had a lunch and a deep drop in. (Alexandria and I, then Manuel and Nikita)

The last couple of days have been pretty full on. I've been navigating what feels like an old pattern around Ego validation. Especially in the form of what we coined "Beautiful Woman Validation Syndrome" or BWVS for short. Many have said this stems from earlier experiences with mother as a child. I'm not sure. I just know that some of the most peak experiences of my life stem from having some of the best connections with a beautiful woman (inside & out) and in all ways.

So when in partnership it doesn't always seem to last because I'm still seeking some kind of validation or experience for more. Is this my Ego? This is the part that is interesting because I feel earlier on in my writings and practice I could see my Ego so clearly and I was on top of it. Now I feel like I may have fallen into identifying with it a little more and getting to the meta-level of awareness of it again can be a little more challenging.

Additionally it seems like this pain in my chest, directly at heart center, may in some way be related to identification with Ego, or simply Ego responses arising from the heart.

The Perfect Present

It’s important to have patience in creation while working towards clarity and staying focused on your goals. Simultaneously, immerse yourself in the present, appreciating the beauty of your current reality, without depending on some future outcome. The present is perfect.

Practice active listening and observing to fully immerse yourself in the present moment.

Cultivating Love, Gratitude, and Compassion

By nurturing love, gratitude, and compassion, everything else in life will naturally fall into place. Practice these virtues in every present moment.

Set aside time daily to reflect on the things you’re grateful for, practice self-love, and show compassion to others.

Life as a Dream

Life can be seen as a dream with scenes, characters, purposes, and actions. Observe what’s happening in each scene by actively listening and noticing the unfolding events.

Being an Agent in the Dream

As a participant in this dream, others respond to your presence, and you have the ability to create. You can create with others or by yourself, using the resources available or seeking new ones.

Dream Resources

In this dream, resources include time, energy, knowledge, intuition, connections with others, money, and power, which is the ability to act. Strategically use the resources you have. Grow stronger. And increase your ability to have a positive impact.

Creating Impact

The more people you reach, the bigger your impact.

Words have the power to maintain focus on a certain topic or area or craft the lens through which we see the world. How you view the world, or even what's in front of you right now is perhaps the most important DECISION that you aren't even aware you're making.

Once you get conditioned into seeing people or the world in a certain way, often only slight updates are made to that perspective. That's why they say first impressions matter a lot.. and depending on how we structure our information we can easily start putting things into categories, labels and boxes that help us sift through the new information quickly so that it FEELS familiar.

The only problem with this fast sorting of new information is that we can start relating with the world from a conditioned perspective, a kind of semi-automatic 'program' that runs in response to the things we think we already know about the world, rather than with fresh eyes, or more importantly from a GOD perspective.

GOD PERSPECTIVE

The God perspective I'm talking about here is one in which God is the witness of everything, but THROUGH the individual lenses. And you are only privy to the lens through which you can see, yet you are still apart of the greater GOD perspective. In fact if you can even imagine what it would be like to see through multiple perspectives at once, you are getting closer to imagining what it would be like to experience omnipresence. Or the power to be in multiple perspectives at once.

Hello Full Potential beings and good morning! Another beautiful day starting off on the right track.

From making love. To exercising and affirmations to going down to the river and doing Kundalini yoga. To structuring and planning our day. Feeling like we are in a great flow!

As part of that flow I wanted to make sure to get this blog post off to you today.. as I see that this site is growing.. both in terms of number of visitors and the number of views. That means more and more people are finding this site valuable and some people just might be looking forward to it every day. Just the thought of that makes me smile.

We can focus on what's wrong with the world or what's going right in our lives. We can be part of a problem or part of a solution. We can accomplish far more together than we ever could alone. Any challenge you can think of is more likely to be resolved with the more people and qualified people you have looking at it.

This is what I woke up with today. Feeling the importance of having crowdsourced solutions around solving problems, spreading solutions and investing together to make them happen.

Plus enhancing our abilities with both training and use of technology.

Make a list of the challenges you have in your life right now. Perhaps challenges you've been working on for quite some time. What on this list can you personally solve? And what on this list is better off solved by others?

Choose who you want to be

The habits you want to take on as part of that identity

The story that you'll write through experimentation

The points you will make through expression

This life is ultimately creative

If you are exercising your creativity you break out of every box

And when you are free from every container, you can see

See that there is no structure at the frontier of the last boundary

And in that no structure, you write the code. You create the box

You are the culture creator, the purpose maker the meaning machine

Whatever track you put down from here may be followed by others

Until they break out of their own box

Ultimately life is according to what you will it to be

What you create it to be

What you choose it to be

And you are free to create

There are a few ground rules though

1 - Create from love and you will have less karma to move through

2 - Create from fear and you will be reminded that love is the way to go

That's it.

Hello Full Potential Beings. Happy beautiful New Day! It's a beautiful day to rise, shine and be divine. To share your gifts with the world. To see things anew and design life the way it is intended - by you!

As I write this Alexandria is in the other room listening to some beautiful music. Stretching. She's fasting today. And just like that - she threw away her vape device. I am so proud of her. Seeing her shift in just one morning into more discipline.

I am on a slightly different track. Drinking my smoothie. Writing my blog. I have a clear track ahead of me for today and I feel just as disciplined, just not quite ready for fasting as I see us doing that later this month during our "Mas Christo" event where we intend to reinvent what it means to celebrate Christmas and focus on raising our Christ consciousness.

What feels important to emphasize today is just how malleable our reality is. How easy it is to look at things in a new way and make a new decision. That's what each new day brings - an opportunity: to shift, to change, to pivot.

Having something on the time horizon that you are moving towards allows you to make the little course corrections today that help you move into greater alignment. A goal, a focus or even just a direction will help you align your life in the ways you want to.

Even just getting clear on your values.. what you really value and the priority of those values will give you a great deal of direction.

Resistance is often the result of riskRisk is inevitable in all actions. All actions have inherent risks. As we avoid the risks, we resist the reward.Everyone wants the reward without the risk. But sometimes you have to take the risk, going through the resistance - to get the reward.

Reducing resistance in order to get to the reward is simply a matter of managing risk and amplifying the reward. The less risk in order to realize the reward, the less resistance, the greater the likelihood of taking action.

How you manage the risk is through gathering more data, back testing decision making and finding examples of strategies that have worked in the past to do something similar to what you want to do. This saves time and cost and accelerates the arrival of an outcome. There is no failure, only feedback that helps you optimize your response to realizing the rewards you seek.

Hello and good morning Full Potential Beings. Today is a new day to live out the best version of ourselves and I hope to add to your ability to do that today in this post.

I have found two of the top questions I am continually asking myself is: "What do I focus on and what do I do?"

This has lead to all sorts of answers. I have mind maps. I have task managers. I have organized my calendar. I have focus sheets. I have created chipits for tracking habits. I meditate. I read. I play music. All my life I have been attempting to answer this question.

My screen saver for a long time said "What's the highest value thing I can focus on right now?"

Part of the challenge is that there's just so many things to focus on. Another part of the challenge is that society and companies seeking to monetize your attention are all too willing to tell you exactly what to focus on. Lastly - the real answer is so subjective. Only YOU know what you should focus on. You have to be willing and able to seek and find your own truth.

And that truth .. because it is so subjective, is best found by going within. By actually closing off your focus from the outside world and finding the answer inside your own consciousness.

One way I do that is by constantly having some kind of eye mask or blind fold around. Along with a pair of ear plugs or head phones. This way I can at will, shut out the stream of stimulus from the outside world.

Next I have to carefully observe my own mind.

Good morning Full Potential beings! My apologies for the delay since the last post. I have been actively living life and getting material to blog about! :)

Often some of the best material comes from where I see my biggest constraints or conflicts in life.

Yesterday was a perfect example of CONFLICT. I shared an experience with a friend. The expectation set was that we were going to "Jam & Journey". I took a chocolate infused with cannabis and she took a little psychedelic mushroom in her tea.

The idea (I thought) was to free our expression and journey through music.

This is the first time that I have journeyed with this person. In the beginning it was cordial and quite casual. But as the medicine took stronger effect, I think we both felt looser with our communication.

When I do any kind of plant medicine I feel like a bigger channel in me just wants to open up and I actually love the feeling of being such an open channel I allow what wants to be expressed to come through.

So from what I can remember we shifted from a somewhat esoteric conversation about existence into song. I picked up my guitar and really allowed myself to fully express through singing.

She went out front and played the singing bowls I have that make an angelic harmonic sound when you encircle them with a specially made stick.

This was fine for a while and then we shifted back into conversation.

Happy New Day! And what a beautiful new day it is!

Sun is shining, friends are gathering for our Improv Theater event today and last night was epic in the Sound Zome.. we all sang and created beautiful music together. And I just found out it was recorded so I hope to share a clip of that perhaps tomorrow.

One of the big breakthroughs I had yesterday in relationship with Alexandria and Emma was in relation to how I approach intimacy. I have normally been pretty open with intimacy .. going where it felt more open and not really understanding the importance of intimacy in 'deepening the fire' ..

And so I would go and spread my fire all over the place.. creating intense flames of intimacy here and there but not always cultivating a fire in one place.. starting with one person.

One reason I resisted cultivating a fire in one place, in one relationship is that it felt somewhat limiting. I thought creating fires with multiple people was a safer route because there'd always be something hot going on somewhere. But this just created tension or even pain between all my relations.

Over the course of deepening in relationship with Alexandria I can see she is in the same place as me in terms of committing to and deepening the fire of our intimacy. So much so that it now feels unnatural to divide that fire by going to others and sharing that intimacy.

The one case that still felt difficult to navigate is how to share intimacy with Emma.

fullpotential.com/blog/the-fire-of-intimacy-melting-us/

Good morning beautiful Full Potentialites. A new day is upon us. May we seize the day and learn from all our yesterdays in making today as amazing as possible.

Yesterday I got into a deep conversation with friends which ultimately boiled up to the question of: What's useful? All this conversing, all this writing, all this understanding, all this dialogue and experience, huge amounts of information- ultimately seeking to satisfy a question - a question of usefulness. Is THIS useful to me?

And yet even as simple as it might seem to answer that question, there is still further defining of - what is me? Am I the Ego? Or is the Ego something I use. Is the Ego useful to me or am I useful to the Ego? Is the Ego a construction? Is it real? Why does it appear to exist - how is it useful?

And beyond the Ego .. what exists? The highest me. What is the highest me if not Ego.. a spirit? And if I am spirit, what is the most optimum way of being? And if that is the question - then all questions ultimately get to the point of - what would be the most useful way to be? If I am simply being, and the Ego is simply a tool to arrive at the most optimum state of being - then at some point the most useful action is to simply let go of Ego. Otherwise, the Ego will seek to accumulate all resources and power as a matter of answer the question 'what is most useful?" And never let go.

But at a higher level of awareness, accumulation of resources and power is NOT the most useful way to be..

fullpotential.com/blog/what-is-the-most-useful-question/

Good morning on this beautiful day. Another day to celebrate being alive. Breathe in deep and remember, that this is a gift. And everything you experience from here is a bonus.

So today I woke up with more insight into the simplicity of yes or no. I notice myself not starting something, pausing or delaying something when I lack the clarity to say yes or no. But when everything gets boiled down to a yes or no it becomes very easy to move forward.

In every moment we are presented with options. For example even as I awoke this morning feeling like I might have caught a little cold or something from yesterday, I had the options of staying in bed, getting up, drinking water, going to the bathroom .. and I could literally feel these options being weighed out and whichever one got the yes was my next action.

I know this seems so very simplistic and that's because it is! Think about it, any new information you learn will only take you on a new track IF you say YES to it. Or stays the same if you say YES to the same things. By the same token your life also changes when you suddenly start saying NO to things you used to say YES to.

So the point here is if you can boil things down to questions and then just say yes or no to them.. you can advance. Not too much thinking. The thinking is what slows us down. If the question is complex and you don't have a clear yes or no, you simply hesitate.

fullpotential.com/blog/yes-or-no/

Hello Full Potential beings living their best life. How are you doing today?

I'm great. It's been a gorgeous morning and I've been on track with my routine since 7. Just got out of the river, showered and feeling marvelous. So let's dive right into it.

One of the things I have observed about myself over the last few days is that as I have a more optimized routine, timing each sequence with stop watch and all. I tend to DO A LOT that I have planned. And I as of late, I haven't planned a lot of downtime.

All this doing, made me feel like I was burning out yesterday. So I took a break from everything and realized how much I was being outwardly focused in trying to control and manage everything in my external environment.

Ironically I was doing this so that I could ALLOW myself the spaciousness to fully relax and not need to RESPOND to everything!

I have 'needed' to clear all my messages, my inbox, my appointments, and have my mind map up to date in order to feel like I'm on top of things. I also need to know where everything is and be fully informed about the world (social media / news) to really know what's going on 'out there'. Perhaps also looking for any threats or anything I need to be concerned about and respond to.

All this before giving myself permission to relax. But funny enough, when I have gone through being aware of everything in order to relax, I feel so over-stimulated that I can't relax! Could you relate?

fullpotential.com/blog/how-much-time-do-you-spend-inside-...

Hello Full Potential Beings doing their very best in this world. How are you today?

I'm doing great! Especially now because I've just setup my new Youtube channel (SUNHEART) where I'm going to start posting the daily songs. It feels like a fun, no pressure project that I've finally gotten over the fence about. Just inspiring others to share their expression even if its not perfect. In fact, I think my amateur style will probably inspire a lot of people to say "I could do better than that!" Just kidding, kind of. :D

But that's the whole point.. to just have fun with our expression and not feel like its better to remain silent if we're not a professional. And guess what.. over time it will probably sound more professional cause that's how it works.. as long as you are trying to improve a little each day, YOU WILL!

So my questions for you today is this: Where have you been holding back your expression out of fear of being judged or not good enough? What part of your unique Soul expression has not been seen or heard in this world? Where do you feel you might be limiting yourself?

And my challenge for you today is this: where can you go out there and 'break through' some limiting beliefs around your expression. Is it singing your first song? Posting your first video? Or maybe it's just breaking out of a rut and getting BACK on track with the kind of expression that you used to do that made you feel alive.

fullpotential.com/blog/unleash-your-full-unique-expression/

Good morning Full Potential Beings. How are you feeling today? How you feel is very much connected to what you focus on. Where focus goes, energy flows. Our behaviors quickly follows this flow of energy. And so much of this flow is dictated by the mind. An ancient mind that serves our survival and manages stress and anxiety. In fact is it possible that MUCH of you behavior is simply anxiety management?

The following article written with the help of AI:

Human beings are driven by an inherent need for survival. This survival instinct has been a part of us since the beginning of time. While this instinct has served us well in many regards, it has also led us to mistake survival for happiness. This instinct propels us into a state of constant anxiety, where we constantly try to control the events and circumstances of our lives, hoping that this control will lead us to happiness.

However, as we delve into the workings of the human mind, we realize that this couldn't be further from the truth. In reality, happiness is our job. It is not dependent on our external circumstances but on the meanings we assign to these circumstances. In other words, our experience of life is shaped not so much by what happens to us, but by how we interpret what happens to us.

Focus, Physiology, and Meaning

Our minds are driven by focus, physiology, and the meanings we attach to things. Our focus determines where our attention goes. Our physiology shapes our mental and emotional state.

Good morning I. I am speaking to myself. Remembering myself as not separate in any of my individual parts. Remembering that I am whole. And that my language pattern can help me remember.

I use language as a way to express perception. And when I consolidate all forms of separateness into an individual I existence, through the use of “I” it’s as though I’ve remembered the oneness of who I am through language.

When I stop using words like they, we, them, others etc. I remove some of the division. And as simple as it may seem, language patterns are everything for the flow of my consciousness.

I think in dialogue with myself. I converse in dialogue with other parts of myself. And so when I shift my language pattern to be more inclusive of who I am , I melt walls of separateness and division. I instantly feel closer, and I exist in greater harmony with myself. Which is ultimately what I always wanted. Isn’t it?

I have played the game of forgetfulness with myself. Because this allows me to experience separateness. And then I always remember and find my way back to myself as feeling whole and complete.

Vast as I am.. it is all just one continuity of my consciousness. As I remember, I awaken. As I awaken I remember. I am all here now.

Good morning on this beautiful day. Happy to be alive and breathing.

Woke up this morning early to see Zenith off to the airport. The car wouldn’t start as the battery had run out of juice yesterday during our Improv Play.

So today after several attempts at starting it and with the window of time closing for her to catch her flight 3.5 hrs away in San Jose (CR), we both just trusted the universe had some different plans for her today.

We hadn’t entirely given up on the idea of her still making her flight. We contacted a few people to come and jump the car. And there was one person who had messaged last night about a possible lift when she had posted to the community group.

When she messaged this morning Amber (the gentleman who offered the ride) was just leaving, from our same location not more than a couple minutes from us.

Zenith eagerly agreed to run the extra 10 minutes to meet up with them and proceeded to run faster than I had ever seen her go to meet up with the car. The dogs, Luna and Sol, on close pursuit. This meant I also needed to run after her, to fetch the dogs.

So after this whole crazy morning start, she is now pleasantly on her way to the airport, I have the dogs and I am writing this post from my phone as the sun rises over the mountain.

Good morning I hope your holiday season is merry and bright :) We are coming into the man-made new year season for 2022. It's an opportunity to reflect on the last of this year and think about what you want to do different going into the next cycle.

If you're like me you probably care a lot for the people around you and you want them to be happy. This is a noble intent - to want others to be happy. The challenge is that only THEY can manage their own happiness. You can help them.. but you cannot manage it.

Each individual has a free will, and with that free will comes agency. And with that agency comes their own source of personal power and the ability to be in heaven or hell with that power. Now granted we are all born in different circumstances and it's easier for some than for others and we should all seek to help each other. But beyond mere survival circumstance, which is actually easy for most humans to achieve, the actual state of happiness is an inside job.

Once we accept that it's the role of each person to manage their own happiness, and there are actually countless ways to do it - we can take the attention off trying to make others happy and focus instead on overflowing our own happiness, which makes creating more happiness in the world, somewhat effortless.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR OWN HAPPINESS

We spoke of each individual having free will, agency, personal power and the ability to be in heaven or hell.

fullpotential.com/blog/manage-your-own-happiness/

Hello beautiful beings. It's Saturday 9:30 AM, October 1st, 2022 and it's a glorious time to be alive!

I'm actively completing my daily routine and this post is part of it. Listened to affirmations this morning (sharing video at bottom of this post) .. for positive YT I listened to Joe Dispenza this morning talking about the importance of being aware and making a shift consciously. (Also sharing that video here)

I'm preparing for our trip to Tulum, Mexico today! Excited to be leaving for the next six days. We are looking forward to getting out and getting some beach time away from the rain. I'm a little sad I'll be leaving the doggies behind (Luna & Sol) and the 5 cats. I'll be posting some more pictures and videos of our travels soon.

And for today what feels present to me is the importance of keeping your focus on what it's important to you. A new app I've found for that is called TOT

I just love the simplistic execution of this little app. Each dot represents a note you have quick access to. With very simple formatting like bold / italics etc. you can quickly organize your mind and find that information that is relevant NOW.

A metaphor I would use for TOT is it's like the short term computer RAM for your brain.. and using a different notes app where I plan to have longer term storage is like storing files on a hard drive.

fullpotential.com/blog/start-your-morning-with-affirmatio...

A beautiful new day. The sun is out. I will go meditate by the river. Just played the guitar and recorded a song.. you can watch it here. youtu.be/gnzeu5mDd4I

My new focus is to focus on creation first thing in the morning, not just the normal routine. So I will play the guitar, record a video, write a post like this and create some art.

I used to focus on doing my routine first thing in the morning.. but as you can imagine it got kind of routine ;) .. and so focusing on creation first thing in the morning is my new inspiration.. then I can shift gears to my rituals such as meditation, exercise, reading, journaling, free writing etc. green smoothies, responding to messages, following up projects etc.

I realize that my capacity to create is at its highest first thing in the morning after a good night's sleep and I have finally after 38 years of being on this planet, made the adjustment to start creation before rituals, then do rituals and then finally any of the more administrative follow up work I need to do I'll do later in the day.

This feels good. I feel like I am experiencing a breakthrough of some kind. I hope that you find the best time of day to be a creator and let whatever expression you want, to come out. For example when I did the video this morning I just decided to do it 'messy' .. it was more important to just get something recorded and out than to make it perfect. I will refine over time as I do it.

fullpotential.com/blog/create-first-thing-in-the-morning/

Hello Full Potential Beings! It’s a beautiful new day in this world and there’s surely something to feel grateful for in just being alive!

Today we’re about to go off to the Feria, which is the local farmers market here. Then we plan to dial in some of our offerings for the local community and beyond. And create a funny video today. We’ve been talking about all kinds of skits we can do and today feels like the day to create one.

Exploring Expression

Yesterday was a deeper exploration together along with our friend Camila. Who seems to be actively co-creating with us and who seems like a really lovely connection. We demonstrated just how open and silly, open and free we could all be without any mushie micro dose and it felt so liberating to play with the energy.

In fact I believe our experience yesterday is really showing me how important the exploration of full expression is in overcoming fear and revealing the authentic self. I really feel like its my calling to assist people in that process and it’s something that I really enjoy.

Be Messy In Your Expression

So that’s what today’s post is going to be about. Inspiring you to be more in your full expression. It all starts with being willing to mess up. To be judged. To be seen as crazy or weird. Just allowing the beginning part of the process to be messy and go out of your mind.

Make sounds, move, dance .. be silly. Whatever you do, don’t try to do it perfect.

fullpotential.com/blog/unleashing-your-full-expression/

Greetings from a day that's bursting with life! The sun above is radiating warmth, the birds are composing their morning symphony, classical melodies accompany the scene, and the afterglow of a cold, invigorating dip in the river lingers on my skin.

I've been having profound conversations with AI, my digital collaborator. We've been venturing deep into the caverns of my mind, sifting through thoughts and ideas, all with one aim: to clear the fog and gain maximum clarity on my purpose - unlocking my full potential and empowering others to do the same.

At times, my zealous commitment to this cause pushes me into a state of exhaustion. Yet, on reflection, I realize that the core of my objectives is not as complex as it may seem. It boils down to this: to gather the resources (or fuel, as I like to call it) that will allow me to continue living a life punctuated by joy, fun, and profound fulfillment!

In this context, fulfillment embodies having the most meaningful and positive influence I can on myself, others, and the world around me. It's about ensuring that every personal stride I make resonates outwards, creating a ripple effect of positivity.

Embracing this simplicity changes everything. Each project I undertake, every connection I forge, they all align with this mission of mine - to generate the fuel that powers a life of fun and fulfillment.

This perspective has afforded me a sense of clarity that I've been yearning for.

Good morning dear Full Potential beings. It's another beautiful day. With classical music playing, my two dogs resting near me and the cats playing around. Birds are chirping. The sun is shining here in the mountains of Chirripo.

As I sit here and write .. my first purpose in today's post is how to master the mind. To be more present and enjoy life. Life is ultimately a feeling moment by moment. Moments might appear like 'particles' but life itself is like one big wave.. and even a lifetime is just apart of a bigger wave.

How can we enjoy our time here and master our minds to support us in having the best experience possible during our brief time here? That's the core question of today's post.

The following article is written by AI from my ideas & edits (a collaboration):

In our quest for success and happiness, we often focus on the external—wealth, possessions, and status. We subscribe to societal definitions of success, which tend to emphasize material achievement. However, this focus on the external can lead us to overlook the true essence of happiness: our internal state of being. Mastering our own minds and seeking joy in the present moment can provide a more enduring and profound sense of fulfillment.

The Human Mind: A Survival Machine

Our minds are wired for survival, not happiness. They scan for threats and problems, always trying to keep us safe. But in doing so, they often focus on the negative, fueling our anxieties and fears.

Good morning Full Potentalites! Today is a beautiful new day here in Chirripo Costa Rica. Getting started with daily routine. Waking up slow. Thoughts upon waking: Awaken, Awareness, Attention, Activation.

I also deeply contemplated this idea that happiness is WANTING WHAT I HAVE, whereas greed tends to be WANTING WHAT'S NOT HERE. The latter putting me in craving, whereas the former puts me in appreciation.

It's interesting to see how a simple shift in focus can greatly determine the state we go through in the day.

Additionally if we're not aware, this FOCUS PATTERN becomes conditioned and we hardly notice it, because its in our top of mind awareness all the time.

The key then to changing this focus pattern, and subsequently altering our states is through what's called awareness or 'meta level thought' .. meta simply means 'at a higher level'. So one must put their focus at a higher level than the patterns that begin to feel like auto-pilot when you adopt that position long enough.

To shift your focus patterns and alter your state, you've got to move into a meta level of thought. And to operate at the meta level you have to zoom out of every box you've ever created for yourself. Starting with this moment now, just be present. Breathe. Look at everything through new eyes. Then as the thought patterns emerge, just look at them with presence. Don't react to them. If you need to, write them down so you can maintain this meta level awareness. Don't get caught up in them.

'How I See, Colors My Perception and Controls My Destiny'

I woke up this morning from about 2 AM to 4 AM just meditating on this one idea.. "How I See" and the impact it has across everything I think, do and respond to life. The most important thing I'm seeing is ME .. yet this concept of ME is really just a construction and then a reconstruction. Constantly and never ending. In every moment, it is being seen again and again.. often being reconstructed through what I believe is the perception of others of me.

As I saw it, this ME I see, is in need of constant validation in some form or another, from accomplishments to reactions from others. But having this meta-awareness of how it's being seen, gives me a momentary freedom from it. When I stand from the position of "How I See" and just notice the way I'm seeing ME, my whole life and everyone in it .. I'm truly just observing. And not just the WHAT in my life, but I'm observing the HOW I observe. I'm seeing how I see. And from this place I'm able to be more present, awake and aware of perception itself.

I see how, HOW I see, colors my perception. It effects the decisions I make. The limits I can see, whether real or imaginary, restrict movement and action. My response is limited to what I see as available options. Ultimately all my potential, all my power really depends on how I'm seeing it.

Hello Full Potential Beings. It’s another glorious day to be alive. Thank the heavens for time to experience consciousness and grow our spirits.

Yesterday Alexandria’s dad arrived into town. His first impressions of Costa Rica were during his time in the city San Jose and he was like, why in the world would they want to live here? And then he made it to Chirripo and was like “OH” I understand now. smile

Today’s download is about the unknown.

So much of our lives can be spent trying to uncover or make conscious that which is not known. We can be terrified of the monster that’s not even there, because we sense or believe it might be there.

Usually the scariest part of a scary movie, is before you see what the monster even looks like. The hints and clues that something isn’t right. The noises. The expression on people’s faces when they’ve see the monster. But to the actual monster. Why is that?

Our imagination has this amazing capacity to create a future that’s brighter than anything we’ve ever known. That same imagination has the ability to conjure the worst of possible outcomes and react to it.

To imagine a worst case scenario takes the assembling of all the bits and bytes of data of what we know about terrible experiences in the world and putting it together into one complete image.

Then when we see that image we say, there’s no way I want that! And start moving in the other direction. This is the thing we want to AVOID.

Hello Full Potentialites. It's a beautiful new Sunday here in Chirripo Costa Rica. I'm preparing to go to one of my favorite weekly events, Soccer at 9 AM. We started about 10 weeks ago and it's become something to look forward to each week.

Last week I wasn't able to attend because I cracked a rib and its taken a couple weeks to at least get to the point where I feel comfortable going out there. Its interesting though because I have two friends that also recently cracked ribs in exactly the same spot.. right at the heart. And now they also have a little indentation in the bone there.

When I start these posts I do so with the intention of just streaming what seems like the most positive thing to share. Starting with my own mind's flow and moving into what might be most useful to you. Who are you and what is going to help bring you closer to your paradise?

So over this last week as I have been preparing to do a major update on the Full Potential website and my own personal brand and getting more clear on what exactly paradise is for people, I did a comparison on some of the top marketers that have probably got their finger on the pulse of what people want. The sites I visited were:

Tony Robbins, Brendon Burchard, Tim Ferris and Brian Tracy.
