Beginning around Warren Road, I-90 sports a wide median which was originally made to accommodate the never-completed Parma Freeway. It could still be converted to reversible HOV or express lanes if ODOT ever waned to.

Interstate 95 - Maryland

This shot was taken when I was living in Fruitvale.

The short CA 149 expressway connects freeway portions of CA 99 and CA 70, completing a divided highway from Chico to Oroville. There is a 3-level freeway interchange at each end. At both, CA 149 is the mainline, not CA 99 or CA 70. CA 149 is an expressway, not freeway, because of a single at-grade intersection.

These shots were actually shot behind a fence on a cross walk over the freeway.
