Newly opened overpass taking Reid Highway over Malaga Drive in February 2016. Reid Highway forms the northern section of Perth's ring road which is intended to be freeway standard for its length. Several at-grade intersections remain as of 2016, particularly in the norther easter section where there is also single carriageway.
Shortly after these works are completed Northlink WA project will take place converting the northern section of nearby Tonkin Highway to freeway standard and extending it north to the town of Muchea providing a bypass route for the Great Northern Highway into Perth's metropolitan area. The Reid-Tonkin Highway interchange will be located adjacent to Malaga Drive, hence the grade separation at this location.

Jim Ellis Freeway Park in Seattle is a 5 acre park on top of I-5, an almost constantly clogged 10-lane freeway that runs North-South through Seattle. The trees, fountains, and green spaces are built on top of a concrete lid over the freeway. If you've been to a convention at the Seattle Convention Center, you may have stepped outside for a break here.

I-405 (San Diego Freeway) northbound approaching the I-110 (Harbor Freeway) interchange in Carson, south of Los Angeles. The I-110 shields on the sign on the right are button copy patches (you can tell because their narrower, unlike the I-405 shields on the left sign). The patches in question are covering CA 11 shields, which is what I-110 was before it was upgraded to an interstate in 1981.
