Martin House
Pictures from our tour of the house and grounds of Kentuck Knob, a home built for the Hagan (Ice Cream) family by Frank Lloyd Wright. The house, and all of the wonderful artwork, is now owned by Lord Peter Palumbo of London, England.
This photo, with others is appearing in an American Institute of Architects newsletter, if you want to see more photos of the house. This house was one of the very last houses Frank Lloyd Wright would ever design. In 1959, the house was commissioned by my grandfather, Donald Stromquist, and my grandmother, Jane. It was finished and ready to move into in 1961. It has since been inherited by my father George, who lives in the house, his brother Don, and his sister Eve. This is the only house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in all of Utah.
