Magnolia soulangeana (beverboompje)
The magnolia soulangeana (beaver tree or common magnolia) is one of the most popular magnolias. This shrub or small tree blooms beautifully in April and May with flowers that have a deep pink heart and a soft pink to white flower edge. The flowers look a lot like tulips.
They really were posing nicely. However, my attempts to capture these in flight failed miserably. Just moving too fast
A lightning trip out to Flanders Moss at lunchtime as the sun was shining and there didn't seem to be too much wind. However, the Moss being exposed, it was quite windy and the dragonflies were very flitty but I did gt some shots in, some with my big 100-400 mm zoom and some with the 105 mm macro

Thank you for taking the time to view my photo, and for the faves and comments you make, thank you.
The mama Robin came back and now she has four eggs in the old nest. I don’t know if it’s the same Robin couple but here we go again.
Isn't this cutie adorable? A young harbor seal watching us very curious.

Lentiscosa (Sa)
Lentiscosa is an ancient medieval village located in the heart of the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park, in Campania, a few kilometers from the sea of Palinuro and Marina di Camerota.
Characterized by its typical architecture of the mountainous areas of Cilento, Lentiscosa offers visitors an authentic glimpse of life in the past, among the narrow stone streets and stone houses that climb the hill.

Caratterizzato dalla sua architettura tipica delle zone montuose del Cilento, Lentiscosa offre ai visitatori uno spaccato autentico della vita di un tempo, tra le strette stradine in pietra e le case in pietra che si arrampicano sulla collina.
These are the last four remaining tomatoes from our garden. We actually had several killer frosts already so before that happened we brought in about 40 green tomatoes that would have been lost to the frost. We wrapped them in brown paper, put them in a cardboard box and stored them in a warm dark location. Within a few days to a few weeks they started to ripen one by one. I pulled these last four out of the box last week.
Looking back on the year I completed a project to photograph the four seasons. I picked a spot, marked where my tripod legs would go and would visit the spot often to catch each new season.

GOOD LUCK
Macro composition (< 1 ¾ ” x 1 ¾ ” ) of a Four-Leaf Clover which is said to bring Luck over you. (While in most countries of the world, only the Four-Leaf Clover is considered lucky, in Ireland all Irish Shamrocks are)
