(Waiting for Godot)

monday's are the most hectic day of the week with 6-8 hours of class/labs (depending on whether i can wake up/stay awake lol) and so it was nice finishing my lab prep a few minutes early and having a chance to poke around mclennan a bit.

i've always thought the geometry of these chairs would look cool shot in a deep perspective but the coke can really did it for me.

These ATC's are all made from bits of debris found on my walk around the old mill buildings at work. The bits of debris are all wired together to form the ATC's.

Experiment with found object, symbolic and dear to me: I placed this one on a black plate and end up really liking the reflection of light and color. Do you? Check out my other versions submerged in water and placed under a blue sky and or near a stucco wall.

Taken in Shepperton, London

This piece is created using a metal tin that I darkened in the fire, old wire, school scissors and some odd pieces that decided they belonged together. The holey piece is backed by a page from a math book so that the numbers show through the holes.

The halo of painted wire circles the piece and is used to hang the work. Inside the round tin is a spark plug with the word “seeing” on it. The base is an antique metal hinge part. This might be a good piece to hang near your creation station to inspire ideas!! The size, including the wire, is 5 inches by 13 inches.
