this beauty in the forest about 3 miles from the village where the Dacha is. I took several long walks because the family was all building new stairs to the kitchen door entry. The problem was they wouldn't let me help. I think they just didn't want to have to try to translate every little thing. Anna was the only one that spoke English. So I didn't want to sit there and watch them work while I drank their beer. Therefore- long walks.

Our tuesday flea market was closed today because of snow, so I went to a nearby antique mall as my consolation prize. Found this feedsack that has been sewn into a long, narrow table runner.
