Whenever I give a bottle of wine, I'll give a smashing knitted cover too, and ask the lucky recipient to pass it on. After all, you can only have so much kitsch in your life at any one time.

Linda Welch’s Knitty pattern for Spring Forward Socks. Knit in Artyarns Ultramerino 4 in an orange striped colorway. Knit on number 1 double pointed needles. I was running out of yarn so knitting the foot in plain stockinette.

The '77 RM250 swingarm shock mounts are 1/2" wider than the DT frame, so I'm moving each side out on the frame 1/4", and going slightly forward and down. This picture shows roughly where they will be going.

DRRV 5303 moves forward to pull empty cars from the siding at Blue Ridge Lumber in Kenvil, NJ. The empties will be moved to Lake Junction and replaced with the loaded cars waiting on the main behind the GP38-2.
With weight pressed into each step, this sculptural horse exudes solemn intent. Its fragmented body suggests strength tempered by burden, glowing with flecks of scarlet tension. Duncan Rawlinson’s composition pushes toward graphic storytelling—each shape purposeful, each form carved by motion.

ජීවිතේ අපිට හමුවන බොහෝ දෙනා අපට නොදැනිම අපෙන් වෙන්වී ගිහිං ඒක වෙන්නේ ඉබේම හරි අපේ නොසැලකීම නිසා හරි, එහෙමත් නැත්නම් අනෙක් අයගේ නොසැලකීම් නිසා. හිත් බිඳින අයත්, හිත් හදන අයත් අතර ජීවත්වෙනකොට බොහෝ ප්රශ්ණ රාශියකට මුහුණ දෙන්න සිදුවීම අරුමයක් නොවෙන බව මට වැටහුනත්, ඒ නිසා ඇතිවන විරසකවීම්, හිත් රිදීම් , දුරස් වීම් වලට පැලස්තර දමන්න, විසඳුම් සොයන්න ඉස්සරනම් ගොඩාක් වෙහෙසුනා.
