A view of the forest hillside from a vista point, looking toward Santuario Ecologico (Ecological Sanctuary). By the sound of the video, you can tell it was quite windy. Taken within the grounds of the Children's Eternal Rainforest, located in the Monteverde area.
Another long time restaurant (since at least the mid 1990's) in the Spadina/Dundas Chinatown. Recall seeing tour buses dropping off visiting tourists at lunchtime.

Those were the words from the Pennine Way Association Newsletter a few years before. They were written before the YHA sold Byrness hostel and it was re-invented as "Forest View Walkers Accommodation". It was originally a one star hostel – now it's four stars. The rooms are lovely, the shower one of the best I've ever used. And the beer cupboard is amazing. It's still affiliated to the YHA, but it's unlike any hostel I've ever been in. For starters, they have very few bunk beds...
