Beside of working on current photos, I love it to go back into my archives and retouching them. This here was from the day I discovered the rays of light for me :) Sadly I had no idea what "hyperfocal" means...so don´t judge the depth of field here :) Anyway, retouched it only for Sliders Sunday. Nothing special :) And hey, I used a macro lens for this ^^

On that morning, I was walking in the woods, it was cold and the mist was shrouding the trees around. The animal was not there at first. I first made two pictures because I thought the light was beautiful. In the third picture, the doe appeared, a real miracle!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With all those beautiful forest walks you can see the three differences in and of autumn on the same hiking trail

Last year on 11-12-17 we already had a lot of snow

Taken during an wonderful hike with my wife and our dogs. Short after Christmas. You need to get out, when the conditions for crepuscular rays are that perfect :) After that we had all a lot of fun with "Kegeln", a german version of Bowling.

From a park close to home...

Did you notice the doe on the way? I was surprised by the presence of the animal two hundred meters in front of me. I had time to take this picture at 70 mm.

... and a little bit of orange and yellow ;-)

It's really cool that the location where it was taken is called "Green Forest" or Grünwald (in German).
