Today is for physiological and psychological exercise: shinrin-yoku; forest bathing. This is a favourite spot, a quiet, shaded and moist spot, far from the madding crowd. A wet patch. Right here, right now there's some pretty flowers of a gum tree in my way. And I don't care.
