I'm not walking about looking for stuff. I just see it; observe. It's an awareness of surroundings. It's being present in the present. It's not mindful. Nobody needs trendoid. Just turn up. I'm still not caring, don't wanna know.
Today is for physiological and psychological exercise: shinrin-yoku; forest bathing. So, I don't care what this mushroom is called; how it's classified. Just get down and see its landscape: that grass, the plantain, that seedling, the clearly Fabaceae one. Don't look, just see; see on its scale. Take in the tiny and the immense; the now and the deep time of geology, of the cosmos. You know you want to.
