9th April 2018 A heavy mist descended on Thorndon Country Park, Brentwood, Essex in mid-afternoon. The park is popular with local dog walkers and ramblers.
Here's a photo of the labryinth at Earthwalk Ways. One of our Forest Bathing exercises was walking through the labyrinth (with the help of a partner) blindfolded and barefoot.
