Looks like something that belongs in Gotham City. If you look at the larger view, you can see the Hammer and Sickle symbols of Soviet Communism.

I really don't know who these guys were. Maybe they were students that were involved in a Korean culture group.

This is right after Erik flipped over his handlebars in front of 20 construction workers. I was behind him and couldn't stop laughing.

we met these people at Tarboosh this weekend.

they were all from around the world.

the one from ecuador told us to blame the french guy for the whole "freedom fries" thing a few years back. hahaha.

they all liked our hats so they put them on and I was like "I am sooo getting a picture of this."

 

haha.

Marching slowly and singing a dirge-like marching song - the Foreign Legion on parade in the gardens at Nimes.

i always passed this on my way home from the university or from the local bar we always went to for tiramisu shots which were 3 for 5euro.

this was my favourite fountain in siena.

i liked how it is so unassuming. tucked in one of the not so busy streets...
