There are women who fall prey to the social evils of dowry, domestic violence, female infanticide hampering their well-being.

It was a pleasure to inaugurate the modern dairy and ice cream unit at the Verka Bathinda Dairy yesterday. Started over 50 years back, Verka has been doing a commendable job of providing self-employment opportunities to over 3,80,000 dairy farmers. Players like Verka have placed Punjab on the world map in milk production, while supplementing the income of the farmers of Punjab.
It was great meeting with Man Kaur Ji, India's centenarian runner. She has made India proud by winning so many medals. Her simplicity, warmth and strength are inspiring.

OVERVIEW
Rotary Airlock Valve (RAV) is the equipment which sits below the Bag Filter, Cyclone etc. The main function of the RAV is to lock air and discharge the dust/powder. There is a negative pressure in the Bag Filter. At the powder discharge point if there is any air leakage the powder will not fall down. So, to restrict the leakage we provide the Rotary Airlock Valve.
More Details:
RAV consists of a stator & rotor
The radial & axial clearance is between 0.1 to 0.2 mm
The rotor has vanes (6 or 8) welded on the shaft
The rotor is mounted on the bearings at both the ends of the stator
A Geared Motor is provided to rotate the rotor
Since the clearance between rotor & stator is so low, air leak is very minimum and it delivers only powder.
