An odd small cart with a slightly rounded frame in use at East Side Wine & Spirits in Saratoga Springs, NY. Lacks side plates like most Folding Carrier carts.

The juxtaposition of soldiers rendered in bold calligraphic line and standing at point-blank range halts the viewer. Their unwavering, rigid stance contrasts sharply with the ribbon structures’ fluid twists and folds. The work’s forceful panache betrays Csuri’s love of surprise, elegance and the unexpected.

We often sailed on this tall ship, a modernised three-master CLIPPER called the Nausikaa, she had so many lovely features.
The skipper was not always happy with the way his crew folded sails or rolled the ropes, but they were mostly very eager volunteers.
I found it a real treasure trove, here's one of my favourites, I especially love the light-play.

An experiment in using the technique of Japanese Folded Patchwork. This time the central fabric is made of fabric scraps stuck together using Bondaweb over the top of the folded fabric. The top is then topstitched with a variegated thread and buttons are added. The hinge is made using tubular beads. I was surprised, but it works well as a hinge.
