Macro Monday's and the theme of "Paper Art".
I do like themes relating to Paper Art, they can get the creative part of a person flowing.
Here I have cut a strip of paper 21cm x 0.5cm and folded the strip 90 degrees and then rotated the subject 90 degrees and folded that a further 90 degrees. Then I just kept going until the strip of paper ended.
This finished up with a tower of folded paper which I placed on a sheet of white A4.

I had an idea for a diorama that includes a bunch of these adorable crabs, so I just made use of a previous bird base fiddler crab design I had. This design also naturally comes from a bird base and is of course closed body. Closed body appears to be the trend with crab designs these days.
I could have used box pleating or something to design a crab, but even with a bird base it's still possible to get a good result.

The autographic feature allowed the photographer to open a flap on the back of the camera and using a stylus, inscribe any information desired about the particular photo taken.
This is a 4 cm large stone with two trilobites in it. Trilobites are a group of extinct marine arachnomorph arthropods that form the class Trilobita. The first appearance of trilobites in the fossil record defines the base of the Atdabanian stage of the Early Cambrian period (521 million years ago).
In the fossil you can see the wrinkles of the animals.
