The fog was covering the area of the caldera which is called "kawah sikidang" at dieng plateau Central Java indonesia
Fog so thick I had to enlist the help of a fellow photographer to watch for cars coming behind me because visibility distance was extremely low. Probably not the brightest of ideas, but one shot is all I needed for this.

Again, the Grendel's avatar is called incubus, which does not apply to a female, so Alpha is now the Fog Succubus. This time I colored the originally white prims to black and made them shiny. The skin is the grey version of the Frail skin by Vry Offcourse.
This one has ended up becoming more ominous, although for some strange reason I find the all white smoke succubus more unsettling. But, one way or another, although I enjoy taking these photos, I am feeling very alienated from Alpha as I do it. For the first time since I met her she is no longer a Simulacrum - I can not relate to her or to how she looks. AT ALL!

A sunny Saturday afternoon and I was inside DNA Lounge with an 11 and a 12 year old watching Fog City Wrestling. I think that counts as a cultural event. They were beside themselves, three hours of consequence free swearing. I think the mildest chant they joined the crowd on was "Toss his salad." Ah, the all age event...

The fogger in operation, about 15 seconds after power on. I ordered a "float" with the fogger, which apparently was designed for a fogger of much larger size. This float is much too large to use in my setup, and also places the fogger 5mm too close to the surface of the water, so I'm going to have to build my own float to replace it.
