Todays prompt was a tradition. i grew up around mushrooms. My aunt and uncle owned a mushroom farm. I helped pick them on weekends. When my father retired he started a mushroom sales business with my aunts mushrooms. We all always had mushrooms on our table. Sautéed, stuffed, creamed and even pickled. Creamed mushrooms were a tradition on our Thanksgiving table. And now all these years later I still make creamed mushrooms for my table every year for Thanksgiving.
One of my projects that I started tearing few days ago. This will be a nice armchair for almost free once I am done with it.
I think it's important to find the little things in everyday life that make you happy. While grocery shopping does not make me all that happy, stopping for a much needed caffeine fix with my lovely daughter on the way to grocery shopping does make me happy.
