I am just crazzzy for such clouds that look like fluffs of cotton or cotton balls...I sooo want to touch them..
Ignore date on this! wrong on camera, actaully this year in bad weather. Poor wee Blue Tit trying to keep warm. Looks as if beheaded or a fluffed tennis ball, but just trying to preserve his heat. Poor wee chap! DON'T WORRY HE DID LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY!

My first FLUFF spin! Also, my first low-twist single!
4 oz. Merino, "Arenal"
320 yds. bulky single, slightly fulled
spun on a 5:1 ratio on my Schacht Ladybug
I took a class last month at The Spinning Loft with Amy King (Spunky Eclectic) on spinning singles, and I've been wanting to really give it a go ever since. But I couldn't find my slow whorl for the longest time. Finally located it and got to spinning - I can't believe how fast this went. I *loved* spinning it and am happy with the results.
This skein was ridiculously hard to photograph - I really struggle with capturing reds well. This was the best shot I got but still not great - the colors include reds, oranges, really hot pink, and a touch of green/brown. A great yarn for fall.
The robins came to my street with the rain and the worms. They had such a great time in my aspens! I couldn't decide which shot I liked better, so I thought I'd post them all.
So much rain and although Fluff has a thick fur, he has found the highest window to stay dry. Soon i give him a bit of cheese and a hug, but first the hug and than the cheese..

I was going to post this the other night for Miguel to make a wish....before I was so rudely cut off >;-|

Am I the only one who's never heard of marshmallow fluff? Being as much a marshmallow fan as I am, I cannot believe that the wonders of marshmallow fluff were undiscovered to me. Until now. At 90 cents in the commissary, it was love at first bite. Sadly, I couldn't bring it with me to Europe, so I left it with my roommate. But at least I have a picture to remember it by...
Fluffer's been spending too much time in the conservatory, so we gave her a bit of a time out. Here she is trying to get the door open (before I opened it myself).
