i wish i had thought to do this earlier, before the snow started melting. sigh. but hey. proof positive that timing is key. had i been on top of it, i might have (well, maybe) focused it better.
So after setting these items up for a shoot in my garden, the council came along and took it all away a couple of days later. Note to self, if planning more shoots, leave sign not to take items.

Actually it's a very good book (my struggle). The book in the photo, btw, is a very handy travel edition where the text have been printed horizontally on the pages!

Ce lampadaire qui pourrait faire office de pied à coulisse pour mesurer la "connerie" humaine ou le complexe de supériorité ... ou encore de serre-joint pour ce pauvre gars venu se détendre et qui va se faire écraser par la société sans s'en rendre compte ...
