Agnes was born in Scotland, and together with her parents and 7 siblings, she sailed to Australia on the 18th Aug 1854 from Liverpool, England.
One the voyage, two of her sisters died of cholera. The ship berthed in Adelaide on 16th November 1854.
She only survived for another year. In February 1855 she and her brother David contracted Typhoid and, sadly died.
