Discussing about gas or flatulence is considered a taboo. In fact, gas is a part of the healthy digestive system. In some way or other, gas should come out through burps or gases. 365 Days.

Each day - for 365 days in total - I will shoot and upload an image. The only rule I have set for myself is that each shot must include myself - in some way, shape or form - and anything edible.

With this, I will be pushing myself to be creative on a daily basis and hopefully develop a better eye for the image that speaks a thousand words along the way.

I hope you enjoy a year in the life of Dre... and hopefully my diet will get better throughout the journey.

Blowing a raspberry or making a Bronx cheer is to make a noise made to signify derision (and/or silliness), made by sticking out the tongue between the lips and blowing to make a sound reminiscent of flatulence. In the terminology of phonetics, this sound does not appear to have an official name, but might be characterized as a linguolabial trill. It is never used in human language phonemically (i.e., to be used as a building block of words), but it is widely used across human cultures as well as by other primates

The two-man tent hardly afforded much comfort for a four-person game, but we got the game rolling as daylight abandoned the canyon. The first game featured another dominant performance from Ben, whose trusty headlamp was making the game possible. Evan, mercifully positioned with lower body out of the tent, described each bout of flatulence in excessive detail as the winds faithfully carried them away. The second match took place after a readjustment and was dominated by Caleb. By this time, with the few other campers retreated to their tents and the marmots gorging on food scraps, it was time to get some rest. Ben took some night photos as a cloud actually settled right at our level into the glacier basin. Evan and Jake laid out the bags on a shared air mattress and Ben and Caleb slept on thin mats, barely protecting them from rocky bumps and marmot holes.

This one as you can tell shows the bum expressing Flatulence. Using a possible chance of custom lettering.

I could insert a flatulence-related joke here but that would be too easy.

This shows flatulence in a cloud of stink and would be using a thin and tall font. Maybe even more compressed letters.

Bee Balm has a long history of use as a medicinal plant by many Native Americans including the Blackfeet. The Blackfeet Indians recognized this plant's strong antiseptic action, and used poultices of the plant for skin infections and minor wounds. A tea made from the plant was also used to treat mouth and throat infections caused by dental caries and gingivitis. Bee Balm is the natural source of the antiseptic Thymol, the primary active ingredient in modern commercial mouthwash formulas. The Winnebago used a tea made from bee Balm as a general stimulant. Bee Balm was also used as a carminative herb by Native Americans to treat excessive flatulence.

"That's not my flatulence, it's just the sulfur in the air. Honest!"

Field Mint (Mentha arvensis)-This mint grows in wet areas. Both a European variety and a native variety of the same species grow in the United States. Like the cultivated mints, Field Mint can be used to make a pleasant herbal tea. In humans, the floral oil of mints is more likely to disrupt populations of harmful bacteria, reducing flatulence and other digestive problems. These photos were taken in Lost Fen Management Area

Do you also have the problem that various symptoms occur when your period is approaching? I get extremely bitchy, get irritated very quickly and often go into overdrive.

But nature can help you there too. Here are a few tips:

You can use diet, herbs, and supplements to reduce or eliminate your PMS symptoms. Here some examples:

-Magnesium: May help reduce cramps.

-Calcium: Helps relieve mood swings and cramps.

-Omega-3 fatty acids: Can have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects.

-Caffeine and salt reduction: May reduce bloating and breast tenderness.

-Herbs like:

-Chasteberry

-Johannis herbs

-Ginger

-Chamomile

Regular exercise can promote the release of endorphins, which can reduce pain and mood swings. Yoga and gentle stretching are particularly beneficial.

Also try to minimize stress or give yourself enough breaks, for example in the form of meditation and mindfulness. Essential oils such as lavender, geranium and chamomile can also have a relaxing effect on you.

Very important: drink enough water, which helps to reduce flatulence and support digestion.

A hot water bottle or warm bath can help relieve muscle spasms and promote relaxation.

Sufficient, high-quality sleep is important to regenerate the body and reduce stress.

These natural methods can vary from person to person, so it's often helpful to try different approaches and see what works best. If symptoms are severe, it is advisable to consult a doctor or alternative practitioner.
